Works better than the one that came with my laptop. I don't have one of the laptops listed (I have a Clevo w740su based laptop). My old adapter that it came with wasn't powerful enough to supply the laptop without pulling from the battery at full utilization. So when the battery crapped out and I had to remove it, my laptop was effectively dead. Knowing I needed a beefier power adapter, I just matched the voltage and made sure the current it supplies was much higher than my OEM one. I originally intended to chop off the DC plug and solder on the one from my old adapter, but as luck would have it, it's already the size and polarity as my old plug, so no modification was needed.I booted up my laptop with the new adapter without the battery, did some prime95 tests and it worked flawlessly.
