Purchased for elderly father who has dementia. Seems to help him feel calmer but they are pricey.

I have problem sleeping in general so I bought this and now sleeping like a baby!! The price is good too. I highly recommend it but only if you have issues sleeping or you had a bad day and need a very deep sleep to recover. Don’t take it every night. And don’t take it during the day at all cos it will make you very sleepy!!

The media could not be loaded. These are packed natural ingredients and vitamin B and D. I found them easy to swallow and I’ve been sleeping really well. Comes in a pack of 30 so worked out at about 43p per tablet which was reasonable when you look at the contents. Great 👍

These tablets came well packaged and are one a day for a one month supply.They have all the correct calming vitamins in there ingredients, and l took one a day for a month as stated.Personally, l don't feel l felt any difference from before l started taking them till now, so perhaps they weren't for me.I do drink camomile tea, and have an ashwaganda supplement, which are two of the ingredients these vitamins contain, so perhaps that's why.I don't feel they are overpriced, they just didn't work for me.

After taking these supplements for about 10 dqys, I am starting to see and feel the difference in that I feel more calm and relaxed with more energy and a reduced stress level.The tablets are just the right size for me and I find them easy enough to swallow. They do not have any after taste whatsoever.Overall, a good product which I will continue on taking. The price is £12.95, at the time of writing this review, for a 30-day supply which may be a little expensive but they do seem to work. Highly recommended.
