Works perfectly
The smart lock from Lavna is a great addition to make your life hassle free. It has multiple options to unlock your door for yourself and guests, while maintaining your safety and security. The look of the lock is sleek (mine is in beautiful rose gold color) and made up of sturdy material,installation was done efficiently and usage is seamless and smooth. Overall very happy with the product!

Good and Sturdy lock
Lock is good and working without znu issues. Customer support Is good. Only thing I felt is technician or carpentar should be good enough to ensure fitting is done properly.

Battery hogger
The product looks decent. Achieves the desired objective, however the battery life is pathetic. Has consumed 4 Duracell AA batteries is 10 days, this way it would cost us 400rs per lock per month. Not an affordable solution this way. The company must look into same

Great post sales support
Feature and value for money wise this is the best bet you can put your money on. Look wise some of the models may not be great. They are improving on this with each revision though.I have bought two locks from them. Installation experience was great. Well coordinated. There were few issues raised and this is the best part, post sales support. They provide great support on the whatsapp with prompt replies and technical help, arranging for technician visit if needed.

Before buying most important things to consider
Product is ausome. Works very well. Things to consider before buying is the thickness of your door specially in my case the thickness is 50mm still I had to spent quite a lot of time as the screw was not available for the size in the order i recieved. When the technician came to install he said the screw is not available need to order and it took almost a week to get the screw also one of the most important thing is the latch area where the locks fits in need to have certain dimensions not more the 12mm i believe I had to cut my door due to this. Installation team is helpful but not vigilant becoz of there error I wasted almost 15 days for installation. But most important thing is the wifi unlock for which I had purchased and works very well. I can open the lock sitting in my office which is about 25km away. Just need to have good wifi connection. Value for money. Fingerprint works well once in while doesn't detect that's fine. When you have multiple options.

Lavna smart Lock -Great Build and very user friendly
Build quality and looks are very good. Earlier when Lavna smart lock was not there , at times we forgot our keys inside and door gets auto locked. Now that is thing of the past i can open the lock by using the user friendly app of lavna or by finger print else by num passcode. Installation was done very quickly and professionally. Its around 5 months i am using this product and very happy with it.
