Great book content for any type of creative pro and student. Book design by Pentagram design team - beautiful and understated. I got the Audible version too as this topic I wanted to read as I listened as I am a visual learner.

This is a must read for all artists, amateur and professional. I’d probably recommend reading as opposed to the audio book, simply because there’s lot of good points to take note of.

I’ve had my eye on this for a while

I first saw this book as a post on LinkedIn, shared by a famous designer, who worked with Rick Rubin on the design of the book. As a designer it caught my attention and I was intrigued after recently listening to Rick Rubin on Desert Island Discs. I bought the book and also downloaded it on Audible.A lot of the content resonates and it’s been an inspirational experience. Very easy to read and understand, and so many gems that now I’ve finished it I’m going to read it all over again, and again to make sure it sticks.

Recommended by my Dad and it did not disappoint. Sent it as a gift and it’s doing the rounds !

A reference book of how to be creative. Both well written and beautifully presented. A book I will keep coming back to for inspiration.
