Building food safety from the ground up
Working in the food industry the requirements around food safety focus more and more around the factory or facility itself. This book has a lot of useful concepts and topics. I was looking for more advanced material on traffic flows and hygiene zone segregation but overall this it's a good reference for new and existing facilities to meet good manufacturing practice and industrial hygiene.
