I was looking for a 17mm spring segma snap to repair some snaps on a winter coat. I didnt want to pull out the original parts that were still good and was hoping these would be compatible with the ones that were there. That particular size is not that easy to find and quite a bit of it comes from China which means you have to wait forever. I ordered these on either Thursday or Friday and they arrived by Monday. I did check to make sure they were compatible and they are—which makes my day! I have not repaired the jacket yet—if the quality is disappointing, i will have to do an update to let you all know.

I am just getting around to using these Heavy Duty Poppers on a knitted cardigan. I loved them when they arrived and promptly put them aside for when I would use them on my next project. I now find that I am missing all the button inserts for the bottom of the snap (female). Cannot possibly use any of these without that piece. I'm hoping the seller will find my comment and make it right.

These snaps split with two light taps. The bulbs in the male side have no where else to go, so it splits the metal on the top part. The connections are loose when they do go together. I liked the price, but I'm getting about 1/5 successful attempts and I know how to put snaps together... proceed/buy with caution.

These are heavy duty. I bought them to use on a bib and they were a bit bulky. Well, I figure the babe won’t be able to rip off the bib, which is a good thing.Update 3/8/21: I’ve used these to make capes as well. I’ve bought these twice and the quality of these is still as expected.

I purchased the largest(17mm) and they fit nicely on some thicker fabric. The hook and eye failed on some slacks and this replaced it nicely. Even put some on failing velcro boardshorts. Would not recommend for leather
