the color is great with the granite sink. It was easy to install. Make sure the pull out hose has good clearance under the sink and doesn't rub on something as you pull it out. Because of the long nose, the water comes [doesn't stop right away] after you shut off the faucet [for a couple seconds]. I got use to it right away. I didn't put in soap dispenser,I have filter water faucet instead it's by Glacier bay and matches great..Update: 6 months later... boy has my view changed....First the set screw wasn't staying set, so the handle kept falling off. I dealt with that by constantly screwing it back on when it came off in my hand. Well, this morning while starting breakfast the flow almost stopped and when I pulled out the sprayer,the metal was away from the head. You could see the large break in the black rubber hose that was now exposed. Water was coming out from the ruptured black hose into the sink and under the sink and on to the kitchen floor. What a mess. I have water off and am without the use of my sink and dishwasher. I ordered a different product. I don't want the same product! No one buys a faucet thinking they will have it fail before a years time. Most last a very long time. This is a first for me!

Would have given a 5 Star but no instructions included for hook-up. Hot & Cold lines unmarked also.The color bronzed oil rubbed is gorgeous, installation went well considering we had no instructions. Had to switch out hot and cold lines. The soap dispensor had no instructions on how to fill. The lever for hot and cold works smooth and the spray head is powerful. Filling the sink takes a bit longer due to the water head ,more of a stream rather than a fullblast of water. All copper parts and metal and well built. Improved the looks of my kitchen 100%. Had instructions came with, I would have given a 5 Star Rating.

This faucet has the looks and features of more expensive units at a "remodel on a budget" price. The finish looks great, the head pulls out and retracts just fine, and the handle action is smooth and accurate. I like the no-leak fittings where the supply lines connect to the faucet. Unfortunately, the plumbers that did my home terminated the house PVC supply lines too close to the floor and the braided lines that came with the faucet were 3" too short. A quick trip to a big orange home improvement store for some extension lines fixed that up.Most importantly, my wife loves the new faucet. Happy wife, happy life!

We love the look of the faucet. There were a couple of missing washers in our box which required a trip to Home Depot. There are very few directions on installation. My husband who is very handy commented more than once that it would have been nice if they would have explained some of the pieces/installation better. My biggest complaint on this faucet is the sound of the hose when pulling it out of the faucet to spray the sink. I wish the hose were made of vinyl as it is very loud and squeaky. I am hoping with time the noise subsides.

Anyone that has searched to find a kitchen faucet knows that they can be very expensive. I have purchased other faucets that cost twice as much and I have usually been disappointed in one way or the other. When I found this faucet for around a hundred dollars I really didn't expect to be impressed. However I was very pleased with my purchase. My package arrived earlier than I expected. This faucet is beautiful and very well built. I was surprised how heavy and well built it is. I am very pleased with the look it is better than what I expected. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. Very easy to install. I would highly recommend product. I am very pleased with my purchase it has exceeded my expectations with how it looks and works.

Right from the start, the sprayer head broke. Notified the company, they replaced it with the wrong one (color). Really suspect from then. They did send the right one. For some reason the entire faucet keeps working loose. The handle on the faucet and soap dispenser keep coming off. Some weekend I'll put some red Loctite one them all, that should hold it.

I lost a $120 professional installation fee when I had this poorly operating and apparently used faucet installed. When it would not allow proper, useable water pressure come thru and the faucet was taken apart at a strategic point by the 10 yr veteran installer, there was black smelly slime (as in old water) in the threads of the joint. When the faucet decided to then give out totally, I had a huge flood of water break loose under the sink. At first the merchant wanted to send me another faucet, but since I had to have my kitchen sink back in use quickly I had hurried to a local store and purchased a leading brand faucet that I paid AGAIN for professional installation, on my third attempt I finally convinced the company for a refund and free return shipping which I then received promptly. This is the first time I have had any problem with an Amazon purchase. This faucet was sent directly to me by the merchant/purchase was fulfilled by Amazon.

I ordered this item when I was redoing my kitchen. I got the item and it looked great. Due to back ordered counter-tops, construction issues and a not so speedy contractor, it sat in the box for 5 months. When we were finally ready to install the item, it was broken and leaking from the main line.I contacted the seller to exchange it and they told me they wouldn't. I contacted the company to see about a replacement part and they said they would but I have to pay for it. Really? I understand I have had the item for 6 months, however it was never used. I am really annoyed and upset by the company, Amazon and manufacturer.
