Thread conditioner
Seems to help thread for long arm quilting, although application is a little challenging. Have tried a couple of methods, so so results. I will probably just spritz the cones during sessions. Does not stain or discolor the thread, reduces lint.

This Stuff is Magic!
I have been fighting with rayon and polyester embroidery thread for 7 years. I have tried all the suggested remedies to prevent thread from "shattering" when embroidering on the embroidery machine i.e. readjusted needle, new needle, adjusted needle position, yada yada yada. I was so desperate at one point while trying to embroider glow-in-the-dark thread on the back of a fireman's jacket, I soaked the whole spool in water to see if that would help. It actually did, but that lead me to believe that the thread I use was just plain dried out...and I use a relatively expensive thread. Then I found this stuff. AMAZING! I use a sewing machine oil bottle, fill it up and apply the lubricant turning the spool sideways, running lines of the lubricant up and down the thread. Let the spool set overnight for best results. It will not discolor the thread or the fabric you are embroidering on. Just make sure you've checked all the other possibilities for thread fraying first. Thanks to Cutex!

Great value.
Works well for my long arm quilting thread cones to allow better stitch quality. Much better price than the tiny bottles.

For smooth running thread
Works well to keep threads moving freely, but I wish it came with a dispenser. I like how a drop or two soaks into the spool of thread....a little goes a long way. I can use cheap threads for machine embroidery using this stuff. I like it.
