Coffee stayed very hot 6 hours later

First time using it and within an hour my coffee was luke warm. Probably returning soon

Great Carafes! I bought two of them. I used them.for the first time last night (holiday party). The hot chocolate stayed piping hot. These are so simple to use, no fighting with button or turning to.inlock or open. Simple lever and pours nicely. I also like that it is wider and shorter vs the taller ones. The design makes it easier to clean and more stable vs taller designs. Definitely would recommend to purchase.

This review is for the 68 oz Thermal Coffee Carafe (Black), originally purchased in 2023. We are generally happy with the product. However, the dispensing lever/tab on the lid has broken twice—once on the original item and then recently on its warranty replacement. So, it seems this is a design flaw and/or quality control issue. Thankfully, the customer service is excellent, and they are sending another replacement. We're hopeful that the new 2025 version will not have the same flaw!

This carafe is super!! It is easy to lift and to pour from with no dripping, it looks great and best of all? It keeps my coffee nice and hot for hours after brewing! Note: We always preheat our carafes which definitely helps with heat retention. We're very happy with this purchase! Finally, a carafe that works great!!

Seems like a very sturdy carafe, it does keep the coffee HOT for 4 to 5 hours in reading the reviews it should be longer, I have emailed the manufacturer and will update the reply, I might be doing something wrong, but I have followed their directions. It is impressive after 4 hours its almost as hot as when I poured it from my maker. Contacted and they sent a new carafe so I tested them, They are very nice and keep liquids hot .................................. Thank you for the new carafe, but in doing some test since it came, they are good but not what most will do. I have taken both Carafes and tried different temps of water for 10 minutes and yes both I have will keep the coffee hot for up to 12 hours if I use boiling water to pre heat them, most people are not going to get up and boil water to pre heat their carafe, almost anyone will run hot water from their faucet to pre heat the carafe and my hot out of the faucet is very hot and will make my carafe hot enough to keep my coffee not warm but hot for almost 5 hours which I'm very happy with. I think if you told people the length of time the carafe keeps the liquid hot depends on the temp of the water used to pre heat the carafe and that pre heating with boiling water will work for almost 12 hours. I do believe in doing this you will give away fewer carafes. I'm happy with 4 to 5 hours as most people would be. P.S. Thank You For A Great Customer Service And Caring

This was the second Cresimo carafe we've owned. Both "died" on us because of the lids/pouring mechanisms broke. The second one—the subject of this review—only lasted a little over seven months before the lid/pouring mechanism broke. The first one lasted four years and four months, which is pretty good for 21st century products generally, except for the fact that there is no way to recycle it or get a replacement lid. No problem with heat retention or anything else; in fact, we've really liked them until they broke.

I received a brand new item. The tamper evident sticker is a nice added touch. I ordered a carafe from another company through Amazon, and the carafe was used, filthy dirty, and had mold on the inside of it. Cressimo made my day with this new one. Also, the 2l size is what I need. This carafe keeps hot liquids hot for my day which can be as long as 10 hours. I prep my carafe with hot tap water while waiting for my coffee to brew or waiting for my water to boil (for tea or hot cocoa). No leaks when pouring. Easy to clean. Easy to pour. Thank you for a quality product at an affordable price.
