Q: It's a little confusing I tried to watch a video but the video won't play and the various pictures aren't showing a detailed photo of this vacuum clea

OMG just for the record girl, totally agree, and I am no lameazz over here, have put together 9 piece super kewl fashion forward cat tower (no shag rug here ut-uh!, finger wag) .. i’ll grant it does have pretty good suction. I will use till breaks then back to my tried and true Hoover Linx. Only dam reason I didn’t buy Hoover Linx again is bc they increased price from $159>$300 WHAA?? Stealing Dam Hooves … :)

Q: I'm wondering about the buttons right below the handle. i've had a similar vacuum that i would constantly hit on/off button. help, please? ty!

I haven't found the button right below the handle to be a problem. I think once I accidently hit it and made it go from the low setting to the high setting, but it was a quick fix to set it back to the low setting. I haven't accidently hit the button since that first time. To turn the vacuum off, you have to use your thumb to pull the (sliding button) towards you, which helps greatly in not accidently turning it off. Hope this info helps!

Q: Will this work on microfiber throw rugs
