Installed this on my fence gate and so far after a month it’s been working great. There a lot of different chimes to choose from. Volume can be so loud that I can hear it from outside or so light that it doesn’t scare me if it goes of in the middle of the night.The sensor was easy to install with either screw or adhesive that are both included.I have it plugged in to a smart plug that is only on from 7pm to 5am. At 7pm all I hear is a quick ding and I know it’s on. I accidentally threw out the 2nd sensor when I threw out the box. I plan to eventually buy another sensor or two for my shed and other gate.

Very easy to set up. So far the sticky parts are holding up well. We use it for our business and it works great!

My mom has dementia and tries to leave the apartment from time to time. I can hear when she opens the door very clearly from my bedroom. It has a ton of melodies to choose from. If you have many people coming and going, it will become aggravating. I had family visit and we had to unplug it after a while. But it does save your settings when you replug. When I first got it, the sensor kept slipping off the wall because of the adhesive, causing the melody to play without the door opening. I thought someone was breaking in. The first sensor broke when it fell from the wall. Thankfully, it came with a second sensor and it has “stuck” with us ever since.
