The Rotisserie Grilling Cookbook: Surefire Recipes and Foolproof Techniques

Although I have been using Rotisseries for over thirty years. I make the same thing all the time, Chicken!! This book has the most recipes I've seen that I would actually make. Most cookbooks I might use one or two out of the book. Seriously, maybe one or two out of the whole book I didn't like! This is very possibly one if the best cookbooks I've ever read that's perfect for grilling. The pictures are awesome, the directions are easy to follow, and pretty much, no unusual items you would have to search for to make one of these meals. I've never tried roasts on the rotisserie before and the ones in this book like awesome! The ingredients are all listed in a easy to follow format as are the directions. Even if your new to rotisserie cooking, you would be able to make most everything in this book! Excellent book!

recipes could use a little more detail

I have totally got into rotisserie cooking on my Weber. My poor Big Green Egg is getting jealous! Not a lot of info out there. This book has everything for your amazing cook on the rotisserie! I am constantly reading all the recipes and tips in this book! It is a must for your out door cooking. If you don’t have a rotisserie buy one….and buy this book!!!

A whole host of recipes that will surely inspire everyone to try Rotisserie style cooking. A variety of recipes to choose from, all with well written instructions and beautiful photographs.

I bought the book 'Kebabs' earlier in the summer and had such great success with Derrick Riches and Sabrina Baksh's recipes at my barbeques, that I had to try this out. I haven't been disappointed, there are so many great recipes in the Rotisserie Grilling cookbook, not to mention complete instructions on how to produce a top quality meal from almost any kind of meat. It even has vegetarian options listed and deserts. Yum.

Very handy tips and reciepes

As part of his birthday present I gave this book to my son who was thrilled with it. Lots of really interesting receipts and good quality photographs. A must for anyone who has a rotisserie.

More suited to American cuts of meat

Excellent book. Great information that takes the mystery out of rotisserie cooking for a newby. Basically American cuts of meat, quantities etc that would cost a fortune in U.K. but able to adjust. Going to try out some of the suggestions tomorrow.
