I originally had a bit of a bad experience with the camera and gave it 1*; however, given the interventions of their customer service team, I am happy to upgrade my rating to a 4*.I would have given this camera a 5* rating if it allowed for pre-set angles / positions, so that it could be used to scan pre-determined areas within its rotational view.Ultimately, as a PTZ CCTV camera, the quality of the image is good, the packaging robust enough, the versatility with the solar panel independent power supply and the user interface being easy to install and apply, the unit is a great choice for the price. I also noticed that they changed the lens type with the replacement unit I received, and the added benefit is the new single-state wide angle view, meaning that an area of 100sqm or more is easily covered in one stationary position. The only draw back is that the blind spot under the camera would accommodate someone hugging the wall and avoiding detection.All cameras have blind spots, but with the addition of PIR security flood lights, angles of approach become less accommodating. The added use of preset viewing angles would mean that with the touch of a button, the camera could pan to a blind spot, without the need for individual adjustment which can cause issues of overshoot when there is a signal lag.All-in-all, and primarily thanks to the customer services team that assisted me with my initial issues with the faulty unit, I give this seller 5* for customer service and the camera unit itself 4* - only due to the lack of preset functionality. If this seller releases a unit with presets, I'd probably be a repeat customer. If they threw on some integrated flood lights, with presets, and solar, then I'd definitely see myself as a repeat customer.The customer services agent who dealt with my issue deserves a raise and/or a bonus for her tremendous due care and attention. I am mindful I cannot mention names, but the initial K will have to suffice. Thank you.

Up until recently the camera was working great. Then all of a sudden stopped working which was disappointing but the real positive to come from this was the absolutely superb customer service we received. Notably by someone named Kiki. It was clear that their priority was the customer. After watching a few videos and running a few tests they swiftly agreed that the unit had malfunctioned. After that they couldn't have been more responsive with regards to ensuring another unit was set out to us as swiftly as possible. We did not need to return the broken camera and the replacement landed the very next day.So long as the issue with the camera was an irregular fault as they have suggested, then I can also say that the camera itself is excellent. Clear Picture. Motion detection works well. The solar panel has really surprised me and maintained the battery at 100% all through winter according to the camera reading. The app and storage cloud are also OK. Have a few bugs but again, customer services are ken to help. There is a time delay when contacting so responses aren't immediate unless our timezones working hours match, so early morning for UK but they are very reliable at responding and to date, have always seemed keen to help. Will definitely be getting more of these cameras. Highly recommended.

Very easy to install camera with excellent customer service I am delighted woth this camera which is attached to an outbuilding and picks up wifi from inside the house. It was very easy to setup - instructions were clear and there was a prompt response from customer service if I wasnt sure. I found the alerts useful. I uae this to monitor horses in the field and it is ideal to be able to be able to use the phone to log on, adjust camera angle and focus etc. The solar power has kept up - during winter I have reduced the reporting sensitivity to low to reduce strain on the power charge but it is still fine and there is always the option for live action. I use cloud not sd and the service is reliable
