I often have to use floss picks after using this to remove food. I am right now. I do not like a spray so strong it cuts my gums, but even with full charge this cannot serve its purpose. My previous wireless, handheld water flossers were much more effective. It does hold change a long time, but of course, the spray only gets weaker the longer it goes without charge so for whatever that’s worth. I like the minimal space it takes up on the counter.

I was attracted to this because of it's size, how the top inverted and to make the unit compact and portable for travel but it didn't last long enough for me to use it for travel. I purchased this on May 31st and by July 2nd, after the return window, the unit would no longer power up or turn on. Since the return window has closed, I reached out to the manufacturer, but their site is geared to retainers and realignment, not the water flosser so I'm forced to buy another unit. Completely disappointing and I'm going back to a Waterpik other units I've tried just don't stand up.This was both a waste of time and money.

Pros:• Great unboxing experience with a nice box and the product packed inside. I think it can make a great gift.• Comes with a very nice looking travel case with a zipper that slides very smoothly.• Super portable. The base fits in the water reservoir and then the lid goes right on top. The tip, cording, and everything else fits into the lid which has a storage unit. Significantly smaller than my waterpik shown in my photo.• Battery powered, less cords, and way more portable.• Strength is fairly equivalent to my waterpik, with several settings. Reservoir is fairly similar size as well.Cons:• It has an On-Off switch on the handle to stop water from flowing out when the base is on. I prefer the water-pik style where you press the handle button to turn the flow on, and it turns off when you let go. With this On-Off style, I sometimes forget to turn it off after use and accidentally spray when I turn the base on for my next use or after refilling.Overall:• With the exception of the handle switch, I absolutely like the portability and small size of this thing. It functions pretty much exactly the same as my waterpik and is equally strong in terms of flow and control. Having it battery powered saves so much plug and counter space as well even for home use.

The pressure was too high, even on the low setting. Also I don’t love the pulsating water stream. Would much rather have adjustability from VERY low pressure up to high pressure. And a constant pressurized stream would be ideal as well.

This was smaller than expected but it’s perfect for travel or just to keep on the top of the sink. It’s easy to use and also came with instructions. The price is worth it because of the brand

Was excited to try but unfortunately started leaking with the very first use. The size is good for travel, but note that the cover does not snap in place it just sits on top. I returned it.

The flosser would not charge and leaks.

It stopped pumping within a week.
