It's a great product and delivered when promised.

Was interested to try this when I discovered it was recommended above Vicks First Defence. It's hard to know how effective it is, though, as I'll be reaching for First Defence at the first sign it might have failed. I ordered the First Defence as well.

I bought this for my dad, he really happy with the result. He has tried so many different one. And is over the moon. Great value for the money.

After using this for 3 weeks now I’ve noticed after every application I am collecting a large amount of phlegm so I feel that I’m loosing the product instantly after application as I have to spit it out.

I was recommended BioSure Pro nasal spray by a lecturer friend who told me he'd been germ free for the whole of last year and so far this winter. As I am driving a neighbour to hospital for chemo sessions, I am doing my best to stay free of germs so that I don't pass anything on. I am particularly careful spraying before going on public transport on visits to London, or when flying. So far, I have been germfree too thanks to the BioSure nasal spray.

Product is well designed. It is a size that can be carried in bag or pocket. It has a cap for the nozzel and a clip that prevents the spray being accidently operated. how effective it is I can't say, but I have used it on several trips to Hospital and not caught either the Flu or Covid, so it seems to be working. The spray is effective for six hours. It gives anyone who is vunerable more freedom and confidence to go out.

I have been using this product for a few months now and so far I have not come down with anything. Clearly this is no guarantee that it works, but it is a good start, so assuming it does work, I am impressed so far.The spray bottle itself works well and it is comfortable after being applied after a few seconds of stinging.The spray comes with a good long expiry date and provides a decent number of sprays/hours of protection for the price, which seems better than competing brands.Overall, this is a great idea for those looking for extra reassurance when out and about.Recommended!

I have been using Vick First Defence for protection against cold/flu for a few years with great success, and 2 weeks ago I changed to this one. I now have flu and was quite ill so can conclude it doesn't work. I have resorted to using the Vick First Defence again to reduce the severity of my symptoms and this seems to be working. Boots Dual Defence is also effective,
