Repeat customer. Never had a quality issue. Good product.

Order was accurate and promptly executed.
Toner cartridge was shipped promptly and operating as expected. The only issue that I have is that Brother used to include a preprinted shipping label for recycling the old cartridge. Now you have to print your own label, which necessitates creating a Brother account -- not a huge deal, but more trouble than previously.

Good ink for value printing. Value only.
I am concerned that the Pixel 7 app is faulty. The app for Brother does not function beyond showing disfunctional click options. The wifi printer HL-L2340DW accepts the cartridge fine. Zero trust has been warra in the Brother Google app for this printer on Pixel 7. The prints from the default Google print command are valuable, yet fully insufficient.

Great value and quality.
Don't waste your money on toner refills. These Brother cartridges have a decent price, last a long time, and I've not had a problem with them yet. The print quality is excellant, Easy to install, and comes with a no postage return label to keep the old toner cartridge out of your land fill. Just drop off at the post office.

Early Thoughts on Brother Black Ink Toner Cartridge
Plug n' Play. As you have most likely seen, it costs twice what the aftermarket toner cartridges do, but when you look at the sales/month of the Brother OEM cartridge compared to those, it's way lopsided. So I decided not to try to save money, for better or worse. Otherwise, it just works. We're not high-volume users, so convenience and dependability mean more than saving money, if you even really save with the less expensive ones (? do they last half as long; I don't know).

Cheaper Than Office Depot
The cartridge fits my Brother printer perfectly and was almost half the price of what I normally pay for the same type cartridge at Office Depot. Definitely will be ordering this item off Amazon again when needed.
