Yes I think it will. The card holder is just a slit opening int the silicone. If pop socket will still to silicone it should stick to this case.

Q: does this fit an iphone 11

This specific case (XR) is only for the iPhone 10.

Q: will the wireless charging affect the credit cards?

No. I use this with credit cards and a wireless charger and haven’t had any issues.

Q: Does this have cut outs for α wrist strap?

Not that I can remember. It was a gift for my granddaughter so she could put her school pass in her phone case.
