Snappy magnets, good build, great intro to Pyraminx
This is my first time trying a Pyraminx. For context, I started "speedcubing" a few months ago (I put speedcubing in quotes because I don't solve very quickly) and so far I have an RS3M 2021 3x3, an old Gan 2x2, and a Gan mirror cube. I thought it would be fun to try another puzzle and have heard good things about the Moyu Weilong line, plus I really enjoy my maglev RS3M. This pyraminx feels pretty premium. Out of the box the magnets are STRONG and very noticeable, and the puzzle itself is fast - somewhat uncontrollable. It is smooth-turning but fairly clacky. The magnetic adjustment system is easy enough to use with the included tools, and you can appreciate the changes in magnet settings. Unfortunately, I have not yet figured out how to get the tips off to mess with the maglev system, so I think that's an area of customization where this puzzle falls flat. Another interesting thing is the logo - it's a pretty lame sticker that says "Moyu." This definitely does not match the logo in other pictures of the puzzle. The packaging appears to be legitimate, but I'm questioning if this is a genuine Moyu Weilong puzzle. Regardless, it has a satisfying, tactile feel, and for my casual solving, it will work more than well enough. But if you're a proficient solver or want easy customization of your Pyraminx, maybe look elsewhere.

Good, but was expecting more from Moyu
Usually Moyu makes high quality budget speed cubes that surprise me for the money. This one is good, but it doesn't feel like the same value I was expecting. In fact, it has one of the higher prices for a pyraminx. The good news is that at least it seems high quality. Out of the box it turns great and fast, and comes set on the strongest magnetic setting. The tension and magnetic strength adjustability is one of the best I have seen. In the past I have had bad experiences with magnet adjusting, like the tip breaking off, or it just not working at all. However it worked fine, and I like that I can control the magnets since I like them stronger. This pyraminx features the new Maglev system, which is supposed to reduce friction and feel faster, however it feels the same to me. So much so that I question if it is worth the money compared to cheaper alternatives. Overall if you like maglev try this out, if not, there are cheaper ones out there.

Very fun puzzle, a little easier than the cube
I really enjoyed playing with this pyramid. The pieces slide against each other quite well, I didn't feel the need to make any adjustments. It was pretty neat that it came with the tools though. Perhaps if it loosens up too much I will need to use them.I find that the pyramid shape is much more forgiving than the cube. I never memorized the system to do the cube, so would always get CLOSE to actually finishing it, but never quite pull it off. With this shape, I find that with patience I can solve it without using any kind of trick. As an old person, I'd rather do it that way anyway - it keeps my mind sharp. The toy itself is very sturdy - I do like that the pieces are colored plastic rather than stickers - this will definitely hold up for a long time. The logo is a sticker though, but that doesn't really matter to me - if it comes off so what. I also like the magnetic aspect of it - as you get close, the magnets pull it together - almost like the toy is doing it for you. I think this will be a great toy for almost any age (just keep the tools away from a toddler) and they will likely play with it for hours. It looks really nice too - and it almost begs you to pick it up. I think this is an excellent value for the money, and something you will have for a LONG time.

Great pyramid puzzle
I got this for my son who loves rubiks cube and solving puzzles. He said this moves great and turns with ease. He is impressed with the magnets. Great little game for my 12 year old.

Good for who wants to try pyraminx the first time and even for those speedcubers
Disclosure: I am not a "speedcuber" and in fact I am not even a "cuber." Having said that I have a little bit of cubing experience. After struggling with some cubes, we have that are hard to move, this came like a breeze. This is also my first pyraminx experience. I can't imagine anything that would possibly work better. I enjoy it so much and I must say you don't have to be even a "cuber" to get this. In fact, if you are a beginner, you should get one that easy to turn so that you would not get discouraged too much too soon. I love how magnets work and it sounds and feels really good. However, my son who is considered to be an average cuber (he likes it but not too much into it) does not agree. Ironically for him, this is too easy to turn with one hand so much so that it turns more than he wants it to. He probably needs a little bit more friction to make exact moves.I am sure this would definitely satisfy speedcubers but if you are like me who can be considered a newbie who annoys their kids with claiming to invent new solution techniques this is perfect. :)

Smooth magnet action, accessory kit with replacement parts, no stickers
The media could not be loaded. Smooth movement also allows for faster movement here.No stickers other than the Moyu logo.Accessory kits has small tools and replacement parts.Magnets have snap, but not enough to pull against you, seems a great magnet strength. Can't yet speak to longevity, but I also feel the colors are just a bit brighter than they need to be, but for some of you that's a plus I'm sure.Overall, a great speed cube.

Fast
Very fast and smooth movements. The magnets are sort of loud for a maglev though -- even turning one corner is audibly noticeable. The logo on this pyraminx is NOT the "virgin logo" per my son. Don't know what that means, but he was hopeful for it. Otherwise, pleased with this pyraminx, it is his main now. Great value for a magnetic pyraminx puzzle.

My favorite pyraminx!
The pyraminx is a fairly easy and fun puzzle. The magnets allow the puzzle to keep alignment when you want it and still have a low tension, quick turning puzzle! This one is just fun to mess with and my kids enjoy playing with it as well.
