I'm delighted to have the opportunity to review this patio set ...
So, I'm delighted to have the opportunity to review this patio set and hope this note will help some of you make a more informed decision than I did!First, this sucker is HEAVY. I'm 58 but work out regularly and am in good shape. But, when I saw the delivery driver unloading the Volkswagen sized container with a portable forklift, I knew I was in trouble. Oh, and another thing, they're only obligated to dump it onto your driveway before heading off to the next delivery. Fortunately, I was able to have the guy put it into my garage so it didn't get soaked in the very rare rain we did get here in So Cal. As I signed my name on the delivery receipt and looked at the weight of 480 lbs, I knew my day was going to suck.I borrowed a hand truck from work and got down to the job of getting this monster to the back yard. Fortunately, peeling off the layers of plastic and cardboard, I was able to separate this beast into enough parcels to get it where I wanted it to be for assembly. However, you have to have the hand truck or at least another able bodied person to maneuver this thing! Be prepared. Now, here's where it gets interesting.Always look at Amazon reviews with the same amount of skepticism you apply to say, an elected official. The people who said this thing was "easy to assemble" clearly own the company or were the people responsible for writing the directions. Look, the folks in China who manufacture these items do not have English as a first language. That I understand and appreciate. But these directions were awful. Essentially a black and white drawing showing you the pieces you have in the packages and a very basic visualization of how the parts are put together. I spent two hours putting together the first chair and in the process, tore up my fingers from having to tighten the bolts in confined places, and bent my body like a contortionist attempting to get the pieces together. Granted the second chair and love seat didn't take quite as long because I had figured out how to assemble the stuff based upon my first attempt. However, still a byotch to manage. Count on 4 to 6 hours minimum.Another rich thing about the fire pit is that the instructions for taking the body out of the box are, you guessed it, in the box!!! My x-ray vision was failing me so I used a box cutter to open the thing and get it on the ground. And finally, the directions indicate that you use the fire-glass to cover the burners in an equal amount. But, given that it would cost at least another two dollars if they put in an adequate amount, you're forced to mound it up from the outside of the enclosure to cover. I'll end up buying another bag to make it look like the picture. It's together and my family thinks it looks good, therein the 3 stars. However, if it were up to me.....

Quality product, wtth no disapointments
Products arrived on schedule, intact and were of good quality. I was surprised by the concise packaging. Very well thought out. Assembly was a little frustrating at times. The wholes are not precisely drilled and they did not all line up. The saving grace was that the holes were very large so the need for preciseness was mitigated. The products appeared exactly as shown in the photo except we also received a coffee table we weren't expecting. The 55 lbs of glass beads turned out to be short by about 18 lbs. I contacted the seller via email on Saturday and received a reply on Sunday saying they were shipping 20 lbs ASAP. One thing to watch for is the connections on the underneath side of the fire pit. Bolts were loose and in one case. had fallen out. All the pieces were there so it was not an issue. I tightened everything up and was good to go. I ordered the tanl holder / end table at the same time and everything came packaged together, which made it a little heavy. The Semi-truck / 45 foot trailer actually got stuck in the gravel road in front of my property trying to back up my 400 foot driveway. I helped him get un-stuck which took an hour or so and had to load the pallet onto my tractor to get it around to the back of the house. Still, all-in-all it was a good experience.

I would definitely buy again.
We have enjoyed this set so much! The pics are after 3 years of outside New England weather wear and tear...and we are NOT good about using the protective covers. I did sand off chipped paint and apply a skim coat of concrete this past summer which made the set appear brand new. I did not repair the tank cover/end table—photo shows weather damage—but I can just turn it around! Overall after 3 years...and a little touch up after harsh winters...I am very pleased with this purchase. Chairs and cushions have held up well despite sitting under several inches of snow for several months.

Easy assembly but when you receive this set it is on one pallet and dropped at the curb.
Easy assembly but when you receive this set it is on one pallet and dropped at the curb. Make sure you have help to and a screw gun when you receive it.The set looks great and was pretty easy to assemble. The cushions padding is stuffed in the chairs and the covers come in a box. These need to be out together.

Update - poorly made patio set
Update. After 9 months of ownership this set is starting to show its true character. The cushions are cheap and not supportive. We are not large people. To think these cushions don’t hold up after light use over 9 months is unsatisfactory. Additionally, the chair structures are starting to peel and crack. Lastly, and most I fortunate, the fire pit finish is fading, pitting, and chipping. Very poor materials, very cheap, very Chinese standards of manufacturing. Would not recommend this product

Love the fire pit
Love the fire pit! The furniture was not the best quality. Some pieces were bent and had to be reshaped to assemble. Overall, it was a good value and it looks amazing on our deck.

Fire Table finish is very poor!
Nice set overall but we experienced bubbles in the fire table coating. Tried using the supplied touch up paint and it is a horrible match. Paint was shaken for several minutes before application.Looks like the entire table will need to be repainted in a couple months!

Great item for the price!
Assembly wasn’t hard once you figured out one chair the rest was easy. I love the look! I added some accent pillows to complete the set.
