My eyes were achy for the first couple of days, like someone had been punching me. These were fantastic at night and for the first afternoon. I will say that freezing them was too much; it made them too cold and inflexible. But Keeping them in my mini fridge was just right.A few weeks later, my daughter developed sepsis from an infection and had the worst fevers and headaches. She pulled these out of the mini fridge, laid down with them on her eyes, and sighed, "YAAAASSSSS" LOL! So I'll give some to friends who also have Lasik, but I'll be keeping one set in our own refrigerator!

Too soon to tell if they work or not. Difficult to keep on.

Rather small and does not stay cold very long and either have to lay flat yourself or hold in place - I used first aide tape to keep in place. May help some though.
