I take a few supplements, but it is rare that you take something that has a real noticeable impact. This does!! Dose help memory,but pricey !

I took some time to look at different options before I bought this Lions Mane supplement from VitaBright. I like that these are vegan capsules and contain organic ingredients (no nasties!). Each capsule contains the equivalent of 1800mg of Lions Mane (higher strength - higher concentration than a lot of other supplements you can buy online), but also 20mg of Gingko Biloba (supports mental clarity and performance) and 15mg of black pepper (also good for brain health and mental performance). I was looking for a safe, clean supplement to help with brain fog and fatigue, as I have a demanding job which implies lots of meetings and topic-switching every day. I always prefer natural solutions, and Lions Mane has been know and used for centuries in Eastern medicine for brain health, memory boosting and concentration. Last but not least, these are made in the UK and have received several independent seals of quality, always a plus! The price is very reasonable considering you only need to take 1 capsule per day (meaning each bottle will last 4 months!). I have now bought it twice and am happy with this product!

This product has no nasties and is easy to swallow. It's reasonably priced and over time seems to help with mood especially around period time. No unpleasant side effects.

I’ve been taking this and some Lemon Balm tablets for the past couple of weeks now, but it doesn’t do much for me. Actually, it makes me even more tired and unmotivated! I honestly don’t know how it has so many positive reviews?!
