This is a great tool for making a video of your bike ride.If you want to record live sound do not use the camera's internal mice for it will pick up all of the chain noise coming up through the frame.

I love the design of this mount. It was exactly what I was looking for. Seemed to be well made with all metal parts. It worked perfectly for the first day of my cross-country bicycle trip. And then it started failing quickly. Within a few days, it could not hold up a GoPro camera on a 12" selfie stick. A few days later, the ball joint was completely loose so the camera just flopped around every time that I hit a bump.Big disappointment because I loved the design. It seems that there must have been some kind of gasket that held the ball in place when the clamp was tightened down. Whatever it was completely disappeared.

OK, so here is my story....I ride an Electric Unicycle, they are very fast, and really cool to watch, so I thought I would get a good clamp to clamp on my wheel, which is why I bought this... and here is my review.The quality of the clamp seems to be very good, the wingnut tightening seems to be good enough to get it really tight, and sturdy construction allows me to clamp it on most things.... The ball is nice, you can position it quickly - Con on this is the wingnut is pretty small, and I had trouble tightening it up, I have a heavy selfie stick and a camera so, it was sliding down, had to really get it tight, but it worked.The position of the clamp vs the ball is perfect for front and back filming.... the screw is universal so I use it for my GoPro and My Insta360 X3...I will give the clamp a solid 4 out of 5, only took off because of the screw and I hope I don't break it by getting it to tight, and a selfie stick came with it that fell apart on the first use, and almost broke my camera....The clamp itself is good, and I would recommend it.

Great mount for camera or phone. The The ability of this mount to be rotated in infinite positions is very handy. Mount it up, rotate it into position and you are good to go.
