Fitophoria Posture Corrector for Women & Men

I really liked how this felt. It was very comfortable. I was afraid it might cut into the shoulder area, but it does not. Great adjustable fit.

A couple of things to know about this support band: 1-just like a pair of jeans, it's expands. 2-you're apparently not supposed to wear it for long periods. I've had back issues for 3 years, and so I got this mostly to use at home while I'm on the computer to encourage me to sit up straight. Unfortunately, according to the packaging, you're not supposed to use it for more than, like, an hour at a time. If you do, it can theoretically be painful. But more likely it's going to just expand like jeans do when you sit in them all day and then it's not particularly useful. I used it for a couple of weeks and then let it go. You're just as good to wear a book on your head while you work online.

It was ok by myself to get my arms through the straps that I initially put on but, when it came time to tighten the velcro straps that are in the front I had to have my husband help me to get the straps tight enough while at the same time I was suppose to tilt my shoulder back( according to my paper directions that came with it.

I slouch at the computer, driving etc and I started wearing this around the house and it helps my neck, back and shoulders. It's also a great reminder that I'm improving my posture every second I wear it and it will slowly help improve my posture for good.

I found myself starting to slouch a bit at the office and I needed something to keep my upper back in check. I tried a few different renditions of this product which ended up getting shipped to me in what seemed like a hundred pieces and random velcro bits which I ended up not using because they were more difficult to put together then Ikea furniture!This product came assembled in a great little travel bag, with easy to read instructions on how to get the device to fit me and get the product operational quickly. Within minutes I had the product adjusted correctly for my body and I was typing away with a lot more attention given toward my posture and the product did just as I wanted it to. Great pricepoint, and a simple design that works!

When I purchased this product, I thought it was 'too good to be true'. How could such a simple strap correct my posture? I was blown away by the instant results! I have only been wearing this device for a few weeks, but I can confidently say that my neck and upper back pain have greatly improved. Not only has this strap helped me correct my posture for the duration of wear, it has helped me become more mindful of my posture overall. My only complaint is the discomfort/slight chaff in the underarm area when wearing the strap with a sleeveless top. I would not recommend attempting to wear this strap under clothing, so if you are someone who is deeply worried about how other would perceive the strap, this may not be the product for you.

I had hard time putting this on and taking it off by myself. I had to get my husband to help. Once on it does feel good to wear.

Very good. At first can be uncomftable as your muscles are not used to it as like me my posture is lazy. Keeps your shoulders in place. A must buy!

Easy to use but not the best quality. Doesn’t help as much as I expected.
