Broil King NWT-1B Professional 300-Watt Warming Tray, Black

I like the product and hope at the price I paid it lasts longer than the old ones I had. However, when it arrived the product was not sealed and looked like they just grab an open one and stuffed it into the box and mailed it. At the price I paid I like to get a new sealed item but for other circumstances I did not return it and had to use it right away.

We used it for Thanksgiving dinner to keep foods warm. Love the large size that can accommodate multiple bowls or platters.

I love my Broil King Warming Tray. Every year I give a big Easter Brunch and this helps keeps some of our treats warm. The only complaint is that the same item I brought last year the knob keeps falling off. I am lucky that I always see where it falls as I can just pop it back on. I don't have little ones around so it doesn't get mishandled and I only use it a few time a year. I am not sure why this happens but other then that I love my purchase and would buy another one. Thanks.

It’s good except there is an indebted part around that when your dish is bigger than indented part, the dish doesn’t touch the warmer

I was looking for a reasonably priced warming tray to replace an older, smaller one. This fit the bill perfectly. More stable than the ones with tiny feet, easier to position multiple pans than designs with sticking up handles.

This warmer was bought in June of 2017. In November the temperature control failed: it is on, on high, regardless of setting unless plugged out. I have always liked Broiler King and used them regularly. I'll give them a second chance and get another--but not this model.

An excellent buy for the money. Item arrived when promised and was packaged properly. Found tray to be easy to use and, so far, has done a very good job.
