I love this converter. It is so light for a 200W converter. The fan is quite. I tested 2 times with 115W load and 220V/60Hz input for 4 hours straight and the converter worked perfectly. I also tested all 4 USB ports, 3 at the same time by charging my iphone 7 plus, iwatch and fitbit clock and they worked fine. I only have the converter for 12 days so I will continue to use its USB ports to see how long it will last. I want to write this review since it is a good design. Highly recommend.

Like that it works! I’ve been to multiple foreign locations and it has worked. Has not fried like some of the other converters that I have tried and is small enough to fit in my bag. Satisfied with this converter.

Tested on 115VAC and it worked. Not very good AC wattage and may not work with many devices. I think it is rated to 200 Watts. The USB works okay and charged a device better than with a wal-wart. Since it can be plugged into 115VAC, it was good to be able test it before we went to S. Korea.10-25-17- Just got back from S. Korea and the converter worked without any problems. The fan is always on, thus the unit remained cool. The fan noise is noticeable, but I slept through it. (It was not by my heed). All the USB ports worked as did the AC outlets.The 200W outlets is not enough for some AC to DC adapters, so be aware of your usage and what you want to connect to it.

I purchased this item a few months ago for our upcoming trip to Paris. I wanted to replace older/bulkier/heavier equipment used in previous trips to Europe. Arrived in Paris yesterday afternoon. Last night I used this converter for the first time. I had 2 iPhones, 2 iPads, a fan and an alarm clock plugged in. No problems. I love this product. If you are traveling outside th U.S., and carry electronics like we do, buy this converter

I purchased this unit new and it arrived this evening. During the unboxing, I noticed small scratches on the unit, near where the top plug-ins are located. I plugged in the attached power cord into the U.S. adapter plug, and then plugged the combined plugs into a standard 120V household outlet. I switched the unit on, and observed no activity on (or inside) the unit. The blue LED did not illuminate. I live in the United States, and was merely testing the reliability of the unit before I begin my travels overseas. I will be returning the unit, and going to head to Wal-Mart to purchase a universal travel adapter instead. Your unit may work, but mine appears defective. Thanks for reading.

I took this with me from the US on my vacation in Australia and New Zealand. It was very portable, it came with a bag to keep all of the parts together, which I loved. I’m always afraid of leaving things behind in hotel rooms, so the bag was very convenient. It worked great the first couple of nights. I charged my iPhone, iPad and fit bit at the same time. On the third night while charging my phone and iPad it started to make this awful buzzing noise. I unplugged everything and discovered it was incredibly hot. From then on I only used it to charge one thing at a time, and only when I was around to keep an eye on it. After about 30 min it would make the buzzing noise every time. I am not sure that I’ll ever use it again, and I’ll def never use it while I sleep or leave it unattended.Overall, it was exactly what I needed, but it failed to operate safely.

I used this in Nigeria and it charged everything quickly and reliably. I really liked having the additional USB plugs. I could charge so many things at once!

I’ll start off by saying this is a product for short travels. I’m currently deployed with the U.S. Military and electricity operates at a higher voltage here. Without products like these, I would struggle to use my American 110V only products. That being said, this product lasted me a solid 4 months before it just gave out. I really wish I could get a replacement if it’s still under warranty. It would make my remaining 5 months less stressful.
