Works great
I have a very active dog, and sometimes it’s hard for her to settle down, especially in the evenings or during car rides. We decided to try these chews, and honestly, they’ve made a noticeable difference. She’s still her energetic self, but these chews help take the edge off and make it easier for her to relax when needed. I like that they don’t make her drowsy or sluggish, just calmer and more balanced. Plus, she actually loves the taste, so giving them feels like a treat. Overall, I’d say these chews are a great option if you have an active or anxious pup who just needs a little help winding down.

SOLID GOLD!
It makes sense why they call these Solid Gold, it's literally what they are! I tried these after reading so many reviews, and also trying literally so many other things, but finally, something that works for my Pug. I have a spoiled AF 1 year old Pug who HATES the car. It doesn't matter if we're going to the dog park, beach, or 7 hours away, any amount of car time and he's a complete psycho in the car. He wines the entire time and not even wines, high pitch screeches that he never does any other place, besides the car. We just can't figure out why. We first tried benadryl, did nothing. Then we tried CBD, did nothing. Then we tried hard drugs from the vet, he faught them and stayed awake the entire time (6 hours), like a high school kid on ambien and we swear he was hallucinating, which made it even worse. I felt so bad, we never tried those again. We tried dramamine as I thought he could have motion sickness, as the whining wouldn't stop for 6 hours straight, until we got to wherever we were going. He also wouldn't sit still, he'd jump around and could never get comfy he wasn't even happy on my lap or in his carseat, or roaming around the backseat either, we've tried it all. We live in a remote town, so going out of town we're driving at least 6 hours. We felt so bad for him because something was obviously upsetting him and we couldn't figure it out! But, we figured it was just anxiety if the dramamine didn't help. This went on for a year, every time we'd leave town, we'd try something else, only for it not to work. We bought this during our most recent trip, when we tried dramamine on the way there and it didn't work. I saw these here, read reviews, and ordered them. On our last day being out of town, we gave him half a dose and went to Costco (which usually is very overwhelming for him as he gets anxious with lots of people and noises) and he was great and only barked once (which that guy looked sketchy to me, so I got it). Which gave us hope! We gave him his full dose the next day (about 30 minutes before we were leaving) and he was a complete angel in the car! He wasn't completely sleeping, but he was sitting on my lap, snuggling, and just relaxing! He closed his eyes a bit, but basically he was just CALM and at ease! I'm so thankful that he wasn't distressed seeming at all! Even when he was awake for a little bit, he just sat on my lap and looked out the window. He even ate some treats in the car, which he has always refused before (he's not a food driven pug, weird I know). The only thing is he woudn't eat these chews. But, that's not weird for him as he's incredibly picky with what he eats as his diet is all homemade human food. So, dog treats usually he won't even take and I dont really buy them. We had to shove it down his throat, but it was completely worth that in order to have him feeling good in the car. I can't wait to try this on our next trip out of town, which will be the real kicker as he always is 'better' on the way home (probably tired from vacation) versus leaving town. But, i have hope, I will update on that in a few months. THANK YOU!

My dog chows these down!
These work amazing! I have a 6 month old Malinois mix and his separation anxiety is bad. He never leaves my side. But I am training him slowly to be home alone for when I go to work. And these have worked wonders right away! It doesn’t knock him out or make him act different. It just helps slow his brain down where he will actually relax now & nap instead of always focusing on me. We do 2 hikes a day too…so this boy is very exercised and socialized as I am a dog trainer. He just needs a little assistance with his anxiety. And boy do I totally understand that as a human with anxiety 😬 . I am giving him 1-2 chews BID now. Note: my dog will eat most anything so he takes these no problem!! But I can’t stand the smell so I just don’t breathe through my nose when I open the container lol. Great product! But of course super pricey too… hence the 4 stars :(

Calm in a Bottle
Two pit mixes, one thunderstorm — not exactly a recipe for peace and quiet. Ghost starts pacing the second she hears thunder, and her sister Stella isn’t far behind. I’ve tried plenty of “calming” treats over the years, but these actually do what they promise. Within about half an hour, both girls are settled, relaxed, and even nap through the storm. They love the flavor (no convincing required), and I love that it’s made with natural ingredients that don’t knock them out — just take the edge off. I’m keeping these stocked from now on. They’ve officially turned chaos into calm.

I am very concerned about the safety of this
I am very concerned about the safety of this product. The first ingredient on the container is a “proprietary combination of animal plasma, and one other ingredient”. Animal (and human) plasma is a product of blood and can transmit blood-borne diseases to the recipient of the plasma if the donor is infected. Plasma is listed on the container, but not on the ingredients in the advertisement on Amazon. There is also no documentation that the plasma is screened nor is there indication that the animal from which it is an obtained is screened for these diseases. The criteria might be different for animals, but for humans the plasma donor must be screened for blood borne diseases and the plasma must be screened very carefully, so that plasma does not infect the human to whom the plasma is given. The diseases in plasma include HIV, hepatitis, and others. The criteria for animals might be different, but I am very concerned that plasma is not listed on the ingredients in the advertisement in Amazon although if you read the ingredients on the container, it is the first ingredient listed which suggests that it is the largest ingredient contained at least that is the way in which Human product including medications or herbal supplements. The one difference is that humans receive plasma, IV, and the product provides oral plasma which might have a different risk than receiving the IV plasma I am just very troubled that this ingredient was not listed in the description of the product on Amazon but on the container it is very prominently listed and it is indicated that this is one of the most beneficial ingredients in this product. It is the first ingredient listed and it is my understanding, at least in Human medications and herbal preparations that are listed in order amount of ingredient contain product I did not give this to my dog, and I returned the product to Amazon although you will have to go through Amazon to do this because it is not a returnable product. I would strongly recommend that before you purchase this product that you pursue whether the donor animal and the plasma are carefully screened for blood-borne illnesses. I did not pursue this because I was so concerned, if you decide to buy it, I would be sure that it is carefully before you do.

Great for anxious or hyper dogs
I love these chews! Having one hyper dog and one anxious dog these work great for both. They both chill a little when I have given them. My weiner dog seems less anxious. Great product!

My poms are 2 cray
Unfortunately these chews are not effective on my two Pomeranians. So these are just treats for them and they enjoy it. However I do appreciate the blend of natural and safe ingredients. I accidentally gave my 5lb dog two chews and luckily the worst thing that happened was a little diarrhea. Please note my dogs are truly special nutcases that the anti- anxiety medication (gabapentin) from the vet doesn't even work. Edit: I added an extra star because I'm so impressed that this company actually read my review on Amazon and they cared about my experience to reach out to me. And Amazon responded so quickly too. I changed my rating solely on my own to reflect my overall experience!

A Game Changer for My Anxious Aussie Poodle!
I have a sweet 43 lb Aussie Poodle named Mace, and while he’s the best boy, he definitely deals with some anxiety. Loud noises at night or meeting people he doesn't know can really stress him out. I started him on these Solid Gold Calming Chews, and I've noticed such a difference! Now, our walks to the park are much easier and he seems calmer and more at ease even when we pass strangers. The biggest win is at night. He settles down beautifully and seems very much at ease in his bed, even if he hears little bumps or noises that used to make him jump up. If you're looking for something to help your pup with stress, especially when you're out or settling in for the night, I highly recommend giving these a shot! ☺️
