Alot to dislike and little to like.
First day and last day having this item. I was kind of excited when I received the bag as I needed it badly, since my last bag which is quite larger than this one had a bad zipper. This one right from the beginning had a bad zipper. I tried to close it as I always do any other bag (slowly) and no matter whether it was with or without force it would not close. The bag is sturdy enough to wear on your back but the bag itself does not scream quality and the material is quite thin. Overall my bag might have just been a defect

Durability is questionable
The bag ripped with not even a month of usage. Regular delivery items / orders , and on back usage , this bag ripped from the bottom , going up , and again it’s NOT a month, and quite possibly, NOT even 3 wks💯✔️✔️✔️✔️ *buyer beware*

Wrong dimensions
The dimensions, the bag are totally off from what the Picture show and from what the description reads the dimensions are really 14x12x12

Durable and Sturdy
Any hot food this bag is used for stays hot for very long as if they have just gotten out of the kitchen. Even cold food stays as cool.Love the ease of use to wear it as a backpack or carry it with one hand.Only thing I would reinforce is the back wall of the bag to maintain its edge. It comes with it a couple of sturdy plates to use as a divider or a back plate.
