They seem to work great, if nothing else they light up the room quite well.I had no issues connecting them and then hanging them up.The plants haven’t died while using these lights so I will say they were a win.

These were easy to install, they work great, and they are very inexpensive. I used these to convert a cheap Amazon shelf to a plant shelf and I couldn't be happier. Yes, a timer would be nice but for the price I certainly don't expect one.

I bought these lights in January to supplement my houseplants in darker spots of my apartment. I have two areas where I use three lights each and plants are between 10”-18” from the lights. Lights are on 13-14 hours per day. I have seen excellent growth and responsiveness among many different types of plants including trailing philodendrons, scindapsus, peperomias, tradescantias, jades, and syngonium. Easy to put together and many pieces and installation configurations to choose from.Deducted one star because these should really have timers. I bought mechanical outlet timers to solve this but this seems like a pretty basic requirement.

They come with lots of different ways to connect them to each other and ways to attach them to any surface.They provide a lot of power so I actually had to cut back. I originally had 4 of them on my set of shelves, but they work so well I only needed 2.Very cool. Light is soft and doesn't hurt my eyes.

I set this up for starting & growing seedlings in the weeks before they can go out to the garden. I have a mini greenhouse shelf that I put up near a window (purchased from Aldi but similar to others I've seen), but I needed more light for the bottom 3 shelves. I connected two lights together for each shelf with a connector cord between levels. The cords are just barely long enough to reach between shelves, and really this set fits my shelf just about perfectly. The cords to connect to the outlet has a switch that turns all the lights on or off, but I can set the switch on each individual light to off and they stay off even when the power cord switch is turned on. This makes it easy to choose where to give light. The connection between lights when connecting them end-to-end is a little wobbly, and overall this does not feel like a good quality set that will hold up for many years, but it's good for my first year trying to start seeds indoors without spending a fortune on lights that I might decide not to use again. I like that I can reconfigure them or even split the set to use in two places (because there are 2 power cords), so I can use them in different ways in the future. Lots of options for how to fasten them are included in the box, but I just used the zip ties.Brightness is not very impressive; during the day I can barely tell the light is on even for the bottom shelf that does not get direct sunlight. However it seems to put out enough light to keep my cucumber plants on the second shelf from reaching towards the sunlight coming through the window so it is having some good effect.

These are way brighter than previous bar lights I set up. Easy to set up, and they work really well. Planning to get some more in the future.

These lights are probably the best engineered product I have ever purchased. (I bought the 6pk.) Let me tell you, they come with so many different options, I was super impressed by how easy it was to put these bad boys up. You get 3 different types of fasteners to mount them, double sided tape, zip ties, or mounting brackets and screws. And don’t even get me started on how many ways to connect them together. You get 5 20” cables that connect the lights or these little plastic pieces that connect them directly together. It comes with 2 two plugged cords so you can use them in different locations. They thought of everything. They are super bright too, it’s like the sun is hitting directly over head.

Overall, this product meets my needs. However, there are a couple of things to point out. First, they are much smaller in size than the image on Amazon leads one to believe. Not a big deal, as the functionality is the key. However, if you are going to install these using the metal clips and Phillips screws... be careful. Definitely drill a 1/16" pilot hole for those very pathetic included screws. Otherwise, you will strip the head out before the screw is fully seated.
