Great (“better than stock!”) budget cooler for older OR newer Intel builds.
Cools better than stock on every platform tested, using “X” pattern thermal paste. Used on i7 CPUs, nice QUIET fan with spring mount- easy to pop off to clean. Hard to beat price point for value. Sharp style & color ensure this will not clash with newer motherboard aesthetics. Zero issues or DOA units Across several builds. Backplate helps brace mobowell. Color options in mounting hardware are a nice touch. Will be using more of these.

Best bang for the buck
I'm a PC guy, always have been and probably always will be. With that being said, I build a lot of computers for family and friends, and the most common restraint I work with is cost. Whenever someone needs to game on a budget, I always fall back to this cooler to get the job done. It works so well, I am in fact thinking about just replacing my nice AIO with one of these as they are almost whisper quiet (which is something I value more and more as time goes on). On top of it all, while basic, it's fairly stylish and comes in enough colors to suit more builds. If you just need a cooler that is functional, cheap, and not bad looking, I highly recommend giving this one some consideration. Even if your CPU comes with a stock cooler, this is likely going to be a nice upgrade. One thing to note, I would not recommend this is you plan to do even moderate overclocking (which I don't really recommend you do anyway). This is a fantastic cooler for most CPUs at stock settings.

Inexpensive Overperforming CPU Cooler!
The media could not be loaded. Don't let this CPU cooler's simplistic design fool you; I paired this with an Intel Core i5-12600k while running a Minecraft SMP and simultaneously playing on it with decent shaders! Powerful, yet relatively quiet fan.Another thing, is that the fan offers excellent RAM clearance as show in the video. The sound dampeners on the corners of the fan shroud may be low, but are rubber-based enough to absorb any rumble the fan may create during high RPM scenarios. I've let this run during the night and I couldn't hear a thing!CPU never throttles, sturdy design and overall great performance for the price!

It does not sync well
The media could not be loaded. Works fine I'm using it on a R5 5600x and it's not loud it keeps cool. Very easy to install and mount. It does not move around and fits snug on the cooler. The only downside is the rgb kinda sucks.

Amazing Cooler for the price.
Absolutely love this cooler. Not only is it a good price but it keeps my R5 3600 cool. The RGB looks amazing and it’s not loud at all. It feels high quality, performs amazing for its price.

Hesitant to buy but, it does VERY well.
The Thermalright Assassin King 120 SE, is a great CPU air cooler. One thing to note is that I have 9 fans in the case so cooling isn't an issue for me. Performance is on par with the more expensive and overpriced options out there especially if you enable smart fan curve in your BIOS (if available). It's Size is small enough to fit most cases and the Color is white which blends perfectly with my all white build. Mountability is easy and installation is a snap making for a quick build to play time. As far as noise, I've read reviews about others like the peerless assassin and this one saying that it's too loud but I can assure that it is not. Nothing in this world is whisper quite but this... this does it for me. With a Yeston AMD RX 7800 XT and a Ryzen 7 7700x with A-XMP Profile set to run the ram at it's advertised and required 5200 MT/s speed, it keeps the CPU cool while editing/rendering videos at roughly 54-55C occasionally jumping up to 66-70C but that's normal for the type of CPU. I'd recommend grabbing this!

Powerhouse CPU cooler
The media could not be loaded. Honestly best bang for your buck cpu cooler, keeps temps super cool even when under load. Nice color, rub, and comes with everything you need for a perfect install. Performs super well for price. Will buy again if I build another rig.
