Easy to use

This is a great product. Tasteless , it melts into whatever flavor you add to it . I did a little research before buying . Fiber usually bloats me but this doesn’t . It’s very easy on the digestive system .Easy to use , add to your favorite drinks juice , water etc

Great taste, great value

I have used it twice now, after using a different brand. This one mixed up extremely well in filtered room temperature water. There’s only a tiny bit of taste, less than my previous one. Not unpleasant in any way, very neutral taste. Love the individual packets, which will be great for travel. This brand is less expensive than the other one I used. Very happy to have found this product.

Product did not dissolve

Product did not dissolve and had a gummy texture to it. It didn’t taste awful just didn’t dissolve all of the way. I am extremely disappointed as I needed some sun fiber in packets for a trip and my normal brand of sun fiber (also available in packets) said the packets wouldn’t arrive in time for my trip. I would really like my money back.

Super easy way to stay on track with fiber intake when traveling

Product contains 7 g of water soluble choir fiber otherwise known aa sunfiber. My understanding is that this is partially hydrolyzed fiber so the fiber is in the form of non-digestible carbohydrates of low and medium molecular weight that pass through to your gut and nourish your gut, micro biome. The primary feature of this is that it's odorless and tasteless and does not make the liquid. You dissolve it and get thick like Metamucil does. I wish there was a version that also had a broad spectrum probiotic in it.
