Beautiful !!
As only the second reviewer (there were no reviews when I purchased), I am shocked to see such a bad review !...as I have absolutely LOVED painting this picture. I'm a painting by numbers addict and have painted in excess of 30, so I'm pretty good at knowing what makes a good kit and what doesn't. This one has been an absolute delight to paint. The paints were perfect consistency... I find some can be dry and need a few drops of water and a good mix before using, but these were lovely to work with. Colour-wise they are vibrant and beautifully opaque - so great coverage with one sweep. I also had more than enough needed to complete this picture. With regards the writing on the book spines no...they can't be 'read' as such, but that doesn't deflect from the aesthetics of the final result....after all almost all of the best paintings are best admired from a distance ...even Van Gogh and Monet !! I will sum up by saying I have absolutely LOVED doing this painting and can only give my full recommendation with regards purchasing it. I am just so sad I've finished it !! Off now to find my next project.

Work in progress
Started using and very happy with this so far. I may have read wrong and thought it came as a canvas but it’s not. Would buy again though. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the paints

Good painting BUT…
Painting was good to do, nice picture BUT the titles of the books in the picture are not laid out in the painting.. there are a couple titles but most aren’t there, if you’re good at fine details you can add them on your own.

My daughter is a nurse and finds these paintings very relaxing in between shifts.

I haven’t painted or tried the inks yet. However the quality of the canvas is amazing. It’s very detailed. For people that like challenges, this is the right choice
