If I am doing a hot meal I place my carb/starches in the smallest compartment and then utilize the other two sizes. Cold meals and snacks also benefit from three compartments, I like to keep my chopped tomatoes and cucumbers separate from the greens until the last minute. So far I find these to be leak proof and have used them in the freezer, microwave, and hot logic mini.

I was hesitant to buy based on reviews saying it sends out notices that the quality isn’t ensured; however, the product was great! I loveeeee these! After a few months I will probably buy a new set but who knows because it’s such great quality and such thick plastic.
