Low Quality and Possible Scratch Hazard
Seemed like a good deal for the money and the stars, but you know what they say.....The metal clasp was just a jagged piece of clamped metal. It had, "I'm going to scratch something you really like," written all over it. I couldn't really trust the rest of it so I just put them back in the bag, tossed them, and I'm looking for something not sold in quantities touting attractive prices--at least until the next time when I've forgotten that I bought this item.

Not infallible
As others have noted, the elastic is good on these, however the button head is very easily knocked off of your lens cap. It's a plastic disc attached to the camera with sticky tape. In my experience, that sticky tape that let go in 2 weeks of use. Fortunately, I had some super glue with me, and I was able to glue the disc of the lens cap leash to the camera's lens cap.

Works Great, But Crimp the Metal Clasps Before Use
I really like these, they stuck to my lens cap well, but right after attaching one, I tugged on one of the elastic bands, LIGHTLY, and it popped apart. The crimp on the metal clasp doo-dad isn't very tight, but just clamp the ends of the metal part yourself with pliers and needle nose and it will be a much more secure fit. Haven't had issues since. Definitely worth the money.

These are pretty fragile
The elastic that goes around the lens is pretty fragile. I've had a number of these break. I don't know whether another manufacturer does a better job but I will not be reordering this particular brand. I have some hair bungies so I loop one of those through the loop that extends from where the leash is attached to the lens cap. This works for lenses that are fairly large in diameter. I don't know if it would work for smaller diameter lenses.

The elastic is good. I've used these sorts of things for years ...
If you're not using these on your camera lens caps, you'll regret it when one pops off and you aren't aware of it. One lens cap replacement can cost more than these 5 leashes. The elastic is good. I've used these sorts of things for years for my various cameras.

The ones that didn’t break worked fine
Right out of the package I tested one to see how well the tether would stand up to stretching to put on/take off the camera. I didn’t pull on it very hard at all and the strap came loose on one end so I had to throw it away. The rest were okay and I didn’t need them all so it was fine. Just know that they aren’t the sturdiest. They adhere well to the lens cap so seem to be doing the job. For the price I guess you can’t expect great quality, but it is good.

Cheap and they will hang around a lot longer
What did you like is the Question Have you ever replaced a lens cap. Easter have you lost a lens cap. Do you change lenses. And say Ahhh she where the heck is that so n so cap. Damn well no more. Well maybe not no more. But not for quite some time to come. Let’s see 6.00 free shipping vs a new lens cap or caps. OEM. FRONT REAR. 1x 2x maybe more. Vs a buck. Yes I’m careful but dam those hide and seek caps game

Stays stuck to lens cap
I was a little leary about purchasing these due too some negative comments. However, my experince with these over the past several months have been very positive. The button that sticks to the lens cap has stayed stuck even with my at times clumsy moves.

Clasp not strong enough
I bought these as it looked good and the many positive reviews it had received. The concept is sound but the clasp that joins the sticky bit to the lens cover and the one that goes around the lens is weak. The first one just came off as I was trying to put the round bit around the lens. The second did not come off but the bit is faulty and barely hanging on. I would encourage the seller to fix these issues by fixing the clasp. I could not put any confidence of the clasp as the lens cover may at any time fall down and better I did not have this. Another minor point is that as I tried to peel the white protection layer to expose the sticky bit to stick to the lens cover, the while sticky bit peeled off from the plastic. It was not a problem to stick it back again but here again it turned fiddly. Amazon was very good in refunding and I hope this feedback gives the seller information how to make a better product for the future.

Excellent product
Great idea that allows the photographer to remove and forget about the lens capThe anchor point once attached will not unattach very easily, so choose your sticking point with care.

Ir works!
I use it for lens caps and experiment using it with lens hoods. Easy to use and the sticky part seems to... stick very well (so far).Good product

Ok
Decent value for money. One has already snapped on its first day out but the other four are doing well on their respective lenses and caps!

good product
Cheap and chearful but does exactly what its meant to which is to hold the lens cap near the lens when its not in use so that it doesn't get lost.
