Super easy to set up
I was amazed how fast this can be set up. Took about 15 minutes to unfold, them plug it in and about 5 minutes to fill with air. You can be ready to fill with water and start to heat it less than 30 minutes. The motor is powerful enough to create lots of bubbles. lt works on a 20 minute cycle. It will bubble for 20 minutes and kick off for 10 minutes in 20 minutes you can re-start the bubbles, this is a safety feature to protect the motor from overheating.. It is a very good quality, very relaxing. If you want to deflate and store it, it is easy to break down and store in the bag that comes with it.

Disappointing Seller Services, only good thing is that Amazon covers them
We tried to set up ours Dec 15. Dec 23 heater stopped working.Contacted Seller to send us a replacement hose because the one it came with didnt fit to inflate. All they said is it came with it.We wanted this set up before we left for holidays so we found a work around with an air mattress pump (if you go this route- you def. loose the firmness).Added water- the heater/temperature display never went over (to this day) 90. We did all suggested troubleshooting even bought a reg thermometer to double check. We really wanted this to work out… finally reached out to Seller and re-requested for a new hose and heater unit (saw reviews that the Seller won’t replace a tub). They still didnt want to replace the hose and then wanted us to confirm amps/volts 🙄At this point, after not even an apology or something to meet us in the middle- we stopped asking the Seller and went to Amazon.

Good Quality!!!
The media could not be loaded. First it is pretty heavy in a small box. It is well packaged and comes with a storage carry bag. It also comes with a cover for the pool when its not in use to keep debris from falling into the water. The quality of material is very thick and heavy duty, making it feel durable.Installation was very simple and the instructions were clear except it missed a small little step.It has a built in air pump that is used for bubbling the water as well as inflating the tub. Inflating was very simple with just a hose that connects to the main control unitl/pump and the air port which has a valve for easy inflation. There was a step that states to install the filter to the inlet port, But it did not say that there were 2 filters to install.Once inflated it feels very sturdys and holds its form very well. The controls are very simple to operate. The bubble and heat are just a button to press. Temperature can be adjusted to desired temp.

Good tub with minor items to be aware of.
This is set up outside in an enclosed space on a patio. The hot tub heats well once going, I recommend filling with hot water if you want it to get hot faster- once hot. It’s remained hot in our over night lows of 40. It did get two leaks in the first 48 hours. So sweep, sweep again, blow, sweep again. It weighs approximately 1200lbs when full- so truly princess and the pea. The bubbler works great. The cover works well and can lock. Ours did not come with patch glue. Chemicals are hard to balance at first. Take your time. Filter system isn’t as you would think, waaaay simpler. The filter also doesn’t creat any “swirling” effect. Maybe minor movements to just pull a little water through. be careful that when you put the water in, the tub does get wider. Also the drain does not connect to a standard hose - I had to create a syphon to get water out. All the attachment areas are on the long side(didn’t work great for our setup). All in all good little tub. I have a good score just highlighted the challenges. For the money (1/4-1/6 the price of a hard side hot tub) it is worth a try.

Value for money. Update
So far so good. Took less than 24 hours to bring 47F well water up to 101F. Bubbles were much more powerful than expected. As expected our screen porch concrete floor is slanted away from the building for drainage and that does make the spa a bit unlevel. However, it does not affect operation. As previously reviewed the instructions are not clear on how to inflate so YouTube is your friend. We'll see how it lasts. We will spring for a real spa if this one gets enough use, but at this price point it's great to test for site and desired features.Update-We ran this tub on weekends in Minnesota until the end of October when we knew we wouldn't be able to bring it up to temp economically. We used very hard well water and had to clean the filters after about 100 hours of use, then replace completely after 3 cleanings. With test strips and Clorox brand chemicals purchased from Amazon, and filters ordered directly from the manufacturer, it was easy and inexpensive to keep the water balanced and clear. After owning a 6 person real hot tub at another home, and barely using it over 11 years we surprised ourselves at how much time we spent in this one. Liked it so much we've ordered a real 2 person hot tub from a local dealer. Bottom line-you're probably only going to get a year, possibly 2 out of this, but if you're not sure about investing in a hot tub for your site this is a good option to try before making a huge investment.

Spa's only last a year!!
This is the second 2 person spa/hot tub i have purchased from ALEKO. Both have stopped working due to the heating element within a year. The first one i purchased used and though the prior owner did not take care of it so for the second i purchased new. From day one i took care of this spa keeping the water perfectly balanced as well used chemicals to keep build up down and to prevent corrosion to metal. It worked perfect all the way till it didn't, the way this new one stopped working was the heater turning off and on by it's self. It would happen randomly by staying running for a few seconds to a few minutes. The worst is finding a replacement heater element is next to impossible. Please beware that if you purchase this hot tub it will not last you very long. The only positive is that this is the only hot tub that gets up to 108f.
