This product is great for the price. It's really easy to handle and use. Definitely a good choice.

Used it one day - leaked so bad. It got hot. I wish it would have worked without leaking. And then it just didn’t not work the next day I used it. Tried every outlet. Saw another reviewer say the same thing. Returning it

Packaging was nice. Steamer is great. So many accessories for multiple different uses. Just fill it up with water use the attachment for your desired use plug it in and go. Very simple and very versatile. With the price I was hoping it was a good one. But this was more than I expected.

It doesn't hold steam long enough to clean shower track. Needs more angle attachments. Won't work when tilted. Handle is real short for doing floors

The instructions were clear and concise and the onlyassembly was choosing which attachments you wanted.I’ve used it many times, and only with distilled water. I learned the hard way with a much moreexpensive steam mop that distilled water was the best way to go. I also use the Bisselldemineralized water, which adds a nice scent to our home, and extends the life of any steammop. So far, I’ve cleaned our shower tile, our stove, our windows, and even some dog toys andthis steam mop works beautifully. Actually it works even better than another, more expensivebrand name steam mop. I haven’t had any leakage at all, and nothing has broken. I will bepurchasing more of the brush attachments for cleaning things like the stove. I am very happy tohave found and purchased this steam mop and truly think this one is one of the best out there.Five stars.

After viewing another prime member’s impressive review in which the this product was demonstrated in different scenarios, I was excited to give it a try as I have several steamers currently, being a steam, cleaning, housekeeping, service, business owner, I was, however, a disappointment to experience the discomfort in using this product, and the fact that the product did not have a consistent steaming function, even while compressing the steam button. Sometimes it is great to have a handheld tool in my hand when doing small cleaning projects at home or in the homes of my home owner clients. Unfortunately I had to return it and I’m still in search of the most ideal, handheld steam cleaner that actually works and doesn’t stress your fingers, her hands in order to operate..

This steam cleaner will melt any soap scum off your shower walls like melting butter. It's light and easy to carry around. It don't take very long for it to heat up. I like the extra accessories it comes with.
