Poor quality product and unhelpful customer service
I ordered a denim jacket from Amazon.ae and was very disappointed. The product did not match the description or quality shown online. When I contacted Amazon.ae customer service, they refused to take any responsibility and were not helpful at all.The call center agent was dismissive and seemed more interested in ending the call than resolving the issue. I expected better from Amazon. If you're shopping on Amazon.ae, be careful. The product quality is unreliable, and customer service won’t support you if something goes wrong.
