Why did you choose this product over others?:Absolutely amazing! So much better than the last one I had and it works incredibly well with little effort. Will definitely be taking on holiday as it is compact and light enough for the suitcase.

Worked well initially (great for travelling) but stopped working after a few weeks so I contacted the seller who responded promptly to suggest a simple fix (blocked pump). And It worked again as good as new. I wouldn't necessarily have expected it to block up regularly but it was easy to do and it's not a premium priced product. Shout out to the seller for customer service (offered me a refund if the fix didn't work).

Love this steamer and has come in handy many times! Easy to use and saves time ironing clothes. The steam is pretty powerful for a small item and has taken creases out of my clothes. Very impressed!

I hate ironing, and this does the job of straightening clothes well. Sometimes it struggles with certain fabrics and thick denim, but works wonders for pretty much everything else. Small enough to take on travels if needed. Good value for money

I gave this three stars because I feel it would work very well in a country with a power rating of 220-240, and that is the issues for me after reading the Manuel and all the warning sighs on the packing, the country's I travel too are power rated for 120-150 and to get this to work as it should, I would need to spend at least another £40 on a power converter, its just not worth it, and it would add more wight to my suitcase, and take up even more room, and if I am to believe the Manuel that came with the Clothes Steamer, it would be dangerous, unsafe or not work at all, on a low power such as 120-150 so to be safe I sent it back, a real shame as it looks and feels very good and very well made, but for me its useless.

I've bought X3 of these - two as presents and one for myself. Easy to use and heats up very quickly. Is a good steamer - and I now use instead of an iron. Handle folds in to the body of the steamer - thus very good storage wise. A very good steamer for the price.

Works well but quite heavy, would only recommend for items here and there - not more than a few things at once

Light enough for a work trip, easy to use and pretty sturdy. Used it to steam my blazer and it worked great!
