Now that may not be exciting news for you, but for me. It’s perfect.It’s replacing an aluminum window latch on my 2005 Thor Presidio motorhome.I ordered two others, from different tv vendors that were plastic! Plastic and two to three times the cost of this gem.I feel this metal latch will gives miles of smiles down the highway as we traverse this big beautiful nation. From the Gulf of America, to the border of our 51st state, or the Atlantic coast to the left coast. Anywhere, anytime I need to slide my drivers window open to yell at someone, or simply tell my wife she’s doing an outstanding job directing me I know my window will latch closed securely with this gem.I’m a happy camper, literally.

reused the old screw from my old plastic unit

This sash lock was the perfect fit for my old window. The original one was a metal piece that broke in half after many years of usage. I could not find the same one, so I tried this one since it looked very close to the original, and the measurements were correct. I am glad I made this choice. It is well-made and works perfectly.

These are hard to find , work well and better quality than the original lock.

Looks bronze color on photos but it’s black. It was easy to assemble. We used this as we have broke the old lock we had. It glides so smoothly.

The media could not be loaded. These are so Universal and will lign up to most any Type of Window! I located the Center of the Window and Installed the Window Lock in about 15 to 20 Seconds with some 3/4 Inch Self Tapping Screws and my Cordless Drill and a 1/4" Screw Chuck! The Screws were 10×3/4 I think they were Called!
