I really like the way this cuts up the vegetables.

I'm very happy about this purchase! My goal was to start eating more vegetables/salads, and I needed a way to expedite the process and make it as easy as possible. I like that I can just throw all the ingredients I need inside the bowl and chop them in a matter of seconds. Works great, and I have used it almost every day for about a month. The only thing I'm wondering is how to sharpen it when it gets dull.It has a great grip, easy to use and to clean. I would just be super careful with the blades, because they are pretty sharp.Great product to simplify your everyday routine.

My occupational therapist recommended rocker knives for my arthritis. This one works well and comes with a cover that’s easy to get on and off. I hand wash this. Easy to use.

OK, you can use it as a pizza cutter, and it works very well for that purpose. It is also a very good rocking knife for persons that have dexterity or coordination issues to still be able to prepare their food safely.Very durable, keeps a sharp edge, and is safer than a chef style knife, and you can use it to cut pizza too.

I use this chopper for all my salads now! Great product!

I admit, I expected this to be junky. I expected it to be sorta kinda effective. I expected to be disappointed.Well, I was wrong. I made salad tonight. I threw in lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and onions, and chop chop chopped my veggies (even the carrots!) into nice little bite-sized bits! You do have to toss the salad a couple times when you're chopping it to make sure you get all the lettuce on the bottom, but it really did work great. I'm actually ordering another one as a gift for a friend as soon as I'm done with this review. Will it last forever? Dude. It was only about ten bucks. It doesn't have to last forever. It just has to be good NOW. And it definitely is!

The tool works well. It's not fancy. The blades are far enough apart that they can be cleaned relatively easily. That said, the chopper showed up with burred blades.It's hard to explain, but with blades like these, the two interior sides should be totally flat, and the two exterior sides beveled toward the interior sides. That's what makes two blades. But, when the sharp edge gets not-so-sharp, it bends over to the flat side, and that is how the burr is formed, and that impacts performance.Out of the box, I used my sharpening stones to restore the edge, but as a chopper, that was maybe a bit silly, as it developed a burr again fairly quickly.I don't know, for the price, it's maybe worth it. But it's not fantastic to hold, it's still not super-easy to clean, and if the blades don't hold, I'm not exactly seeing the long-term benefit. I'm thinking a single-bladed mezzaluna with a comfortable grip and good, hard blade might be the better way to go with these, even if it could cost more. It's okay to spend good money on a quality tool.

I bought this in 2018. 7 years later in 2025, it still works and looks brand new. It chops salads well and even works to make guacamole if you don’t have the right tool for that.
