LawnMaster NPTGSP2617A No-Pull Gas Grass Trimmer with Electric Start 26cc 2 Cycle 17-Inch

I was trimming the side of my house and the trimmer shut off, so I started again and a few minutes later it cut off again and would not start, it’s sound like it was trying to start ! I summed it was the battery and charge it. Two days later I try to start it but to no prevail. Can someone tell me what wrong with the products now days. I brought a Onn tv last Black Friday and and now the picture screen black out and all you hear is the movie playing, can’t play pS4 on it, can’t even watch Netflix or any other station, I am so tired of paying for things that have a timer on them to just break down. My wife and I went to the store to buy a new stove oven and we got a good price on it, my wife told her sister about it and she bought one a month after we did. A mint after the warranty expired both stoves broke down with the same problem, we refused to pay for the part the was $200+ dollars but my sister in- law pay for the part and I had to put it on. I could go on and on about what’s the government is allowing theses companies get away with, knowing there products are defective and not worth the warranty it written on. Dissatisfied customer on every level, now I can’t trimmed “ what is really going on in these U. S. A.

This is the best easiest starting trimmer ever created. I can't believe the crazy 1 star reviews I have read here.... it accepts interchangeable attachments and mine has had all the attachments and all work flawlessly on the trimmer. The last month I have been working on replacing my dock pilings with the chainsaw attachment. To cut the "v" bottom and cut to size once the pilings are sunk...I have cut 150 cuts...the battery still starts it fine. Also i use this trimmer for everything from trimming weeds to edging and so much more....these guys rock and I think this is the best trimmer I have ever owned. I give it 5 stars because that is what it deserves...thank you for such a great product !!!

The worst guaranty, so cross your fingers so it never brakes. This one broke in less than a year and with light household use. They are not made to last. It worked fine for some Months, then one day, after working for about 1hr , it made a quick vibration and then something broke inside the engine. Just by doing regular edge trimming. I went back and forth with their customer service for trouble shooting. First they told me, “ok your are going to send the machine back for replacement” and they provided me a form to email back to them, then 4 days later they responded via email saying , “sorry, we made a mistake, for this machine you will have to take it yourself to a service center”. I called them again to ask why , they say “sorry that is our policy nothing we can do” And the closest service center is 65 miles away , on another state, with tolls! (over 3 hrs drive back and forth) and all that so they can evaluate an see “if guaranty will proceed.” This is RIDICULOUS! I will never buy again any product from this brand. And it was not exactly cheap. They might look nice but won’t last and their guaranty is just a joke. Update: yesterday I got a check on the mail. With no information, no letter no reference to a product or order. It took me a little time to figure out that it was actually a refund coming from this seller. So thank you for the refund. But you really have to work on your customer service and processes.

It’s so heavy for a woman to use. Other than that it’s ok.

bought this for my husband. He loves it, very happy with it. easy to start no longer has to be pulling on the thing to start it.

I've owned all kind of weed eaters named brand this one by far is the most enjoyable works well feels very durable and most of all, I love mashing a button. You hit the choke, then mash your gas. And it fires right up, love it. You can really tell it's well made

Package arrived very quickly. Very satisfied I thought it was going to be complicated. All I had to do was put the shaft on charge the battery up and it cranked right up. I recommend this to all it definitely beats pulling the string trying to start a weedeater.

Purchased in May 2023 thinking this would be a great purchase after reading many reviews & videos on the no-pull system. Worked great for 3 times using. The 4th time was a shock. Using pre-mixed fuel 40:1 ratio purchased so the warranty stayed valid. Afrer less than 15 minutes of use the 4th time the engine seriously blown apart the cylinder hwad & locked up. Instantly called the manufacture to start the warranty process. After 2 days of no response & my having to continue to call finally spoke with someone. The nearest repair shop is over an hour in a half away & wanted me to take it drop it off for review even though it has a 1 year warranty no questions asked. They insisted tell me that there was a local repair shop that would sublet out the work so i took it there....nope they refused to work on it & told me to call the company back..so i did. Theyre refusing to send me a replacement even though its been 5 months & only used 4 times. It isnt justifiable to literally drive 6 hours total (the hour n half there & back 2 seperate times & waste the cost of the trimmer in gas just for warranty) when the companies police that the website shows the will send a replacement within the 1 year time. Thats a damm lie. I send an email to the corporate (no response) & along eith that amazon has took this model off the site as well. Worthless piece junk will be in the trash & ill purchase what i should have in the 1st place... DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
