Using this because my opthamologist suggested I take it twice daily for my dry eye condition. I've been using it for a couple months. I don't know if it's been working, but I'm going to keep using it as the doc suggested. The taste isn't good, but it's bearable. I don't take it for the taste so I don't care about that honestly. Hoping it will start to help my dry eyes at some point! Nice to have a vegan alternative to fish oil. Can't complain.
