Questa prodotto è una resina naturale che va assunta sciogliendo una quantità pari ad un chicco di riso in un liquido (io ho provato con il latte). Il problema per me è che il suo gusto molto forte mi è impossibile da sopportare perciò ho provato ma proprio non riesco a berlo quindi onestamente mi sento di dare tre stelle perchè comunque ho fatto ricerche ed il prodotto ha sicuramente delle proprietà molto interessanti.Proverò ad usarlo sotto forma di crema per i dolori perchè ho letto che lo si può usare anche così visto che non riesco ad ingerirlo.
