Well made and works good
Worked perfect for removing crank puller on 2015 ford expedition 3.5 ecoboost. Use the 138mm forcing rod and a 3/8" ratchet should get it no problem. The pulley has some notches so getting the puller arms all the way clockwise on it is the trick.Fit:Fits good so it doesnt flop outStorage capacity:Nice case to keep it inDurability:Arms seem to be a good quality steel.

Perfect for Gen III Hemis!
This worked great for my 2013 Ram 1500. It was a tight fit getting it on, but once I got it seated it pulled with no issue! Great value for the price and it is built very sturdy. It didn’t slip at all!

Very sturdy & strong, needs a longer rod for some engines
The puller is very sturdy & stiff & was able to pull the crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer that my old universal kit couldn't. The kit comes with 2 rods to insert in the hole in the crank & neither one of them were long enough to pull the pulley from the 4 cylinder Chrysler engine on which I was working. There are other kits with a third, longer rod but they were back ordered. The threaded bolt on the puller has a 30mm internal hole that uses up a lot of the rod.At first the bolt bottomed out on the crankshaft. I ended up putting a cap head screw in the hole in the threaded shaft of the puller to shorten the length & the pulley pulled straight off.

WOW THIS IS A SERIOUS TOOL!!
When I started to run out of hope getting my very old stuck crank pulley out I tried this as my last hope. The way the tool works is it goes in between the openings of the pulley and grabs the back of it, it uses a rod that presses against the bolt opening to essentially push it out by tightening the included bolt against it. After, I got the crank bolt out i realized the pulley was stuck when i couldnt pull it out by hand, i tried prying it out with a giant pry bar no luck, tried to lightly tap it out with hammer no luck, and finally this was my last hope. The big box stores didnt gave a tool like this for rent weirdly enough so I was a bit skeptical, but once I got this tool on and hit the included bolt with my impact wrench it immediately started pulling the pulley out, I was blown away! To make the tool work better use one of the rods long enough for your usage and hold the claws in place with your free hand or I seen people use rubberbands, zip ties online to hold it and I hit the impact in short bursts to avoid damaging the area the bolt threads into. Finally got the crank out with this tool and it held up great! If you take care of ur tools they will take care of you. Highly recommend!

Works on an Ecoboost!
Used today right when I got it on a 2012 f150 eco boost and it worked flawlessly! I had to use a small tool to put in the crank to make up for the size , but after that I was able to get it off with ease. Would buy again

Bad workmanship
This was a bad workmanship covered up with a lot of paint if the manufacturer had taken more time to machine it properly it would have been a good tool
