Nice but not effective for migraine
I tried it while having migraine attacks and it didn’t help in relief the pain even after taking my medicine. It only give you freez and cool feeling that make yoy feel calm but didnt help me. I tried it with several severity attack and all were not at help

Excelente producto
Me gusta mucho dormir con el porque lo pongo a refrescar o a enfriar en el refrigerador y me ayuda para relajarme y en tiempo de calor es bueno para dormir mas a gusto. Estoy acostumbrada a dormir con una almohada en la cara cubriéndome los ojos y orejas principalmente y creo que este producto me ayuda mucho a eso y cuando vaya de viaje será muy comodo llevarlo

Highly recommended
I have been dealing with migraine for years and this has become a must in my life. The material is great and feels high quality, and it's a lot cheaper than other brands. I love the fact that it goes over the eyes as well. When taken out of the freezer, it's too cold to put on completely, so I would just use it as an ice pack for a couple of minutes first. The cold doesn't last long, maybe about 15 minutes, but it's usually more than enought to ease the pain enough so that I can sleep. I would suggest getting 2 so you can switch when they get warm.

Brain freeze
Works great to help ease a migraine, but it gets so cold in the freezer that I have to adjust it a lot in the beginning because it gives me a brain freeze. Otherwise, phenomenal product

Tolle Hilfe bei Migräne
Ich habe das Produkt bei Migräne und Kopfschmerzen ausprobiert. Statt einem kalten Waschlappen habe ich die die Maske kurz in den Tiefkühler gelegt und danach aufgezogen.Es hilft mir unheimlich und lindert die Schmerzen, auch wenn es am Anfang ein kleiner Kälteschock ist. Besonders die Augen werden auch mit gekühlt.Das material ist angenehm und sitzt gut, es ist nicht eng am Kopf.

Mantiene el frio
Lo utilizo cuando tengo migrañas o dolores de cabeza. Mantiene muy bien el frio por 15 minutos. Lo necesario para aliviar si te lo dejas fijo. Puede sentirse muy frio al tacto pero la verdad es lo unico que me quita el dolor.
