Salt is the key to flavor, and one way to improve that is by purchasing a better tasting salt like this one.For me, I still use the typical kosher salt for the dish, and finish with a dash of this on top. Keep that in mind and depending on what you're making, season a little lighter than you would normally.My only complaint about this is the cork lid - while cute - literally just sits on top of the container, so it could easily be spilled. This should be improved.
