I take B2 daily, along with a few other supplements for migraines. I have tried other B2 supplements that are cheaper, but each time the migraines quickly become more frequent and severe so I keep coming back to Country Life. I wish they offered a bigger size bottle, each pill is 100 mg and I take 4 daily, so one bottle only lasts 25 days. I end up with lots of these small bottles in my medicine cabinet, at least they are glass and recyclable.

The Country Life Vitamin B-6, 200 mg tablets are for my vitamin B-6 deficiency and were prescribed by my physician. I take 1 QD as she suggested. They are capsules so basically are tasteless. Amazon is a relatively cheap supplier of this vitamin in this dose.

Perfect for what I need

This supplement gives me relief from a deficiency and is so important a B vitamin. Thanks. FYI - muscle testing was the way I learned of the deficiency and that this helps. And I eat healthfully.
