Notexpected
This is good for timepass but it broke after few weeks and string sometimes shoot near eye.

Not worth getting injured.
Couldn't handle hard punches. For effectivess i'd say Its fragile the ball broke from the string while i was puching. The elastic string under tension whiped my left eye and it swelled for 2-3 days and the pain suffice. so beware when using put up safety goggles 🥽.

Good for gaining reflex
It took me a whileto get a hang of it but now it keeps me bust when I'm bored. The string is adjustable so won't have to worry about that. Me and my roommate loved it.
