Hello CC UK Extension Cord Cable for AC Adapter Charger MacBook 13" MacBook Pro 15"(for Hello CC Adapter only)

I purchased the Hello CC 85W Magnetic AC adapter for my Macbook Pro as my OEM adapter stopped working. Considering the price of this unit compared to an OEM unit was definitely one of the determining factors for my purchase. I've used it now for over a year and have only had an issue with a minor tear on the cable because of rolling it up around the brick when I would put it in my laptop bag. I reached out to Hello CC to see if they can help but understood that I was just a few weeks past the one year warranty. They went above and beyond and still sent me a new unit free of charge. I would definitely recommend this adapter to anyone looking for a reliable cheaper alternative to an OEM unit and one that's backed with excellent customer support from the seller.

Seems to work fine but the cable is shorter than I like and it does get pretty warm (but that's probably normal).

Took it out the box plugged it in everything worked fine but it has a constant high pitched noise coming from the charger. You won’t want to be anywhere near it while your computer is charging as it will give you a head ache. Reviews say customer service is great so I bought it thinking worse case it stops working in a few months and they honor the warnety and I’d get a new one and I would get my money’s worth. Obviously with cheap chargers you get a shorter life span but at the cost you can replace it a few times before it adds up to the cost of the apple one which doesn’t last as long as it should. But with the noise problem it isn’t worth the hassle can’t charge it at while using it, at night, or when anyone is in the room...

I’ve been using it a couple of months now. It’s doing great so far. It doesn’t get too hot, which was a problem with my last one. I like the larger triangle shaped magnetic connector, it’s easier to connect than the tradition Apple tube shaped connector. Hopefully it lasts.

After our dog or cat decided to have a midnight snack with our mac cord I decided to give this one a try. It works absolutely perfect, if not better than the original cord.

Sturdy wire and the charging port doesn’t fall out. Perfect replacement and honestly better quality than the Apple ones

I purchased the charger on 11Dec17, on 9Feb18 it stopped working. I couldn’t have babied it more. I took it out of it packaging and plugged it in to the outlet and it stayed there, never moved. My last Apple charger lasted 8 years, this one 60 days, you do the math.
