So great I got it twice!
I got one of these about a year and a half ago and it’s perfect for my cats. They can’t share a bowl since one is more aggressive with food but the separate bowls work wonders. I also really like that you can take the silver bowl part out to clean then slip back in when done. The food bin holds a LOT! It’s super easy to take out without having to pick up the entire machine too!I had to replace mine recently since my aggressive eater knocked the whole thing over and busted it. I got a replacement and put some Velcro strips on it and a mat so that won’t happen again. Other than that, it’s pretty cat proof. And if you’re worried about them getting into it, after feeding time you can just unclip the reservoir and keep it in a cabinet until next feeding. The time feature works and the app works great. I like being able to control food times and amounts even when I’m traveling. There’s a food log too so you can always go back to see what they were fed and when. Only downside is the food measurements are in so many ounces per unit, so you gotta do some conversion math to figure it out. Overall I loved it enough I got a second. Highly recommend!

Works great
This thing is great! Easy to program. My kitty kibble is medium size and it handles it well. I've unplugged it and plugged it back in and it goes right back to it's schedule. Holds quite a bit of food!

Reliable
The feeder lasted 2 years and we had very few issues with it. I also have a petlibro one for a kitten and it has way more connection issues! I'm purchasing this again.

Cat Auto Feeder
Since I need to be away from home for a day or two at a time and I have no one to feed the cats, I looked into this auto feeder. I decided on purchasing it because it is connected to WiFi which means I can do manual feeding in addition to the schedule that I have set for this feeder. One thing I have doubt on is the amount the feeder releases in the two bowls, and if it is equal amount for both. I also noticed that when the kibbles level is low more of it stays on the side of the feeder inlet so one needs to either move the kibbles around or add more. This becomes an issue for being away from home more than 4-5 days. The timer release works well, and the app on the mobile device allows me to monitor the food release or change the amount. Unfortunately I couldn't find a website for the manufacturer or any way to contact them. I posted a couple of questions a week ago on the Amazon listing page but have not gotten any answer yet.

Broke within months
I had this feeder and I thought it was great. 2 months in, it started making really loud noises when it was trying to dispense food. It couldn’t get the food out and the noise scared my cats. After that, it just shut down and stopped working. I can’t return it and there’s nothing I can do now so I’m out $80. Don’t buy this product!!

Nightmare to setup, zero customer support, and hassle
If you change your network you have to completely set up the device again from scratch. That's unreal. It should've been as easy as changing the network name and password. This happened to me on an extended away trip, with my fur babies. First I spent an extended period of time trying to figure out the problem. Finally had to set it up from scratch. Then when I returned home, I had to set it up from scratch AGAIN!! This cost hours of my time, that's totally unacceptable.Next problem, it occasionally has a jam and pulverizes the stuck food .It doesn't have the hopper well designed to empty. The hopper can look like it's 2/3 full, from the outside, but ok only feed a couple nuggets because most of the food doesn't roll down to be dispensed, only the found directly above the intake works. This I have to double check and stir very often. Now, for some reason, my device now thinks it's an hour earlier than it really is. The automatic feeding for 5pm, fed at 6pm. It's has the correct time zone, the network has the correct time also.. I don't know how long this has been happening. I wonder if it's been wrong since daylight savings began, unsure.g. I always don't know, if this is the only time issue, I'm not normally present when it's feeding.I place the feedings so that they're not close to the ti.r when I give them wet food, so I count on it to feed them at the correct time. The stupid app won't let me submit feedback or report problems. But it doesn't say that until they're taking the time to write it out. And then it just never enables the submit button.I also hate that you have to navigate several screens, every single time I want to do an adhoc feeding. It should be as simple as having the device on my home screen and just press it and either get a menu to select a quick feeding, or just automatically do a quick feeding. The way it is now just isn't quick.I don't like the button on the machine very close to the floor, and control panel is perpendicular to the floor. Doesn't everyone put the machine on the floor? I do. Maybe some people don't mind having to sit on the floor to have an automatic feed or to redo the message. I'm disabled; bending that low is very difficult. And unless my eyes are nearly down to a foot above the floor, I can't see what the view screen says, showing or which button I'm pressing. Many times I've accidentally overwritten the message with background noise because I was pressing the wrong button. They should put control panel on the top of the machine and if it's not absolutely on the very top (which might be bad if it allows the cats to stand on it and press buttons, unless protected) then it should be angled it upward so someone standing can see and use it better. They clearly caught a lot of corners in order to put this at a low price point.I will add that I never had an automatic feeder before, I have nothing to compare it to.I know how to design, and how NOT to design. This is the latter. It's SO irritating to have to use an application or device where they gave little or no consideration to the design, and making it e work well, and suit customer needs. All that being said. One it's setup, if you never change networks, never need to report a problem, don't mind navigating lots of screens to do an adhoc feeding, don't mind getting on the floor to press the buttons, you stir often, and don't mind occasional pulverized food, it works fine. Thus the three stars..

Great feeder
Perfect feeder for my 2 cats, I can program how much food to feed them and at what times very time saving. My son also set the voice for when it’s time to eat and my cats hear that and come running. Very easy to clean and very sturdy, great value for your money and light weight.
