URBAN ARMOR GEAR UAG Designed for Microsoft Surface Laptop 2/Surface Laptop Case [13.5-inch Screen] Feather-Light Rugged Military Drop Tested Laptop Protective Cover, Ice

I wanted to purchase a UAG Case for my son's Surface Laptop 2 because I know that UAG has a good reputation for device protection. Since my son, who is going to be in the 7th grade, will be using the laptop for school, I wanted to make sure that it would be well protected. The case fit perfectly and was rather easy to install. I've read through a lot of the other reviews on it and was a bit worried about the alcantara being pushed in by the tabs on the case. When I received the case and attempted the initial install, I found that if I pulled the tabs outward while placing it onto the lower section of the laptop, I was able to get the tabs over the alcantara without causing any damage to it. The case seems to be very durable and has a rugged look to it. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Love this case for my Surface pro Laptop. Just bought it couple days ago and It say's what it suppose it say on the description. Fits great, took a bit to put it on but what for it worth for it's awesome. The only thing that I'm really not satisfied is the price. $80 seems a lot but there weren't any protection case for this laptop. Would've been great if it was at least $60 but again, you get what you get and if it does what it suppose to do then it's fair. Hopefully the price goes down so other people can buy this because it's great and different color choices would be great. 😎

I took a deep breath and ordered this for my new Laptop 3...all the dimensional specs matched the 1 & 2. It fits beautifully!!! The case retains the sleek aesthetic with a rugged twist. Since I have just received & installed it, I cannot yet speak to its durability or removal.

This product does not fit my 13.5 inch surface laptop. Response from company is that I must have bought the 15inch laptop, and therefore this case wont fit. I think I would know, given the cost, if I purchased the surface laptop 13.5 inch or 15 inch. No installation video to be found. So disappointed!!!

A little tricky getting on and off, but not unbearably so. Fit once installed is excellent. Couple this with a quality screen protector and you'll be doing well too protect your device. Like that the cover side is clear so you can display stickers or a skin underneath and have protection for those as well from scratches.

This is my second UAG cover. The first was for my MS Surface Pro. This one is also composed of two pieces (one each for monitor and keyboard) but they are permanently connected by a hinge. The pieces snap to the Laptop and the hinge follows the fold. The bumpers are on the Monitor portion (logical as likely the more vulnerable) and when the Laptop is closed, they extend down to snap around the corners of the keyboard to provide protection to the edges of the keyboard. It provides much needed non-slip patches on the bottom. It is light. I have not yet dropped the laptop with the UAG, so no report for that. This is UNNECESSARILY a VERY nerdy looking piece of equipment: compare it to the less sturdy but much more elegant iPearl mCover which I used until this was available - I love that one. I can't love this one, but for me, the greater protection is absolutely necessary.

Not worth the money! I would rather buy some cheap Chinese products for 1/10 or the price. Don’t do it....

Terrific product, as it has everything anyone you can expect such as pleasing aesthetics, hard exterior, and most importantly, it’s very hard to remove, which makes it the most optimal choice for those who use it for its intended use and nothing else. I personally bought it ‘cause I’m starting year 11 in a month and I want the device in which store my information to be protected.

Looks great on my surface laptop 2. It does bunch up the corners a little bit. Great protection.

Ugly, does the job. Ruins the whole look of the original item it protects, but none the less it does provide the protection it offers.
